Moo Shu Beef
Oliver G.

Talk about a complete turn around When I first tried Golden Dynasty two years ago there wasn't much good to say about it, with the food lacking in taste and the customer service fairly poor. However, tonight I decided to give them another shot and my goodness is the improvement noticeable. I ordered spring rolls, moo Shu beef, and a Pepsi and they came through with all of it. The food had much more flavor, was better prepared, and the customer service was incredibly friendly this time around. While the time between placing an order and it being ready was around one hour and forty-five minutes, I won't hold that against them since it is Christmas and they are likely short staffed. Just mentioning it in case anyone was considering placing a Christmas evening order going forward. Really the only thing keeping it from a 5-star review would be the price. With the three spring rolls, beef, and canned soda totaling roughly $30, the quantity to cost ratio isn't the best. Overall though, Golden Dynasty has greatly improved since my last time there and I will certainly consider ordering from here again in the future. Pros -Tasty food - Friendly staff - Clean restaurant/seating area Cons - Fairly high prices

Pea pod beef chow yuk!
Robby S.

I got the beef pea pod chow yuk, delicious! Lots of meat, perfectly seasoned & lots of veggies, instead of white rice I got fried rice - just $1 more! Right not they don't have dine in, but take out - they're just a little short staffed at the moment but the food they make is great & generous. They are very kind!

Chow Mein noodles for Lo Mein, and Watery, Bland, cheaply made Kung Pao

The food was bland, and the order was wrong. This place should not be in business, let alone charging an arm and a leg for this terrible experience. I have a feeling there might also be racism involved with how they conduct business. I ordered LO MEIN and they gave me an order of CHOW MEIN. I know the difference and there is a reason I ordered the way I did. I asked for spicy Kung Pao Beef, which tasted like all of the flavoring was rinsed off with water and was not spicy. Yes, Ive had spicy asian quisine before. I know what I ordered. This place should be cited for their terrible ethic, service, and quality. If I wanted to pay for my order to be poorly made and the wrong items, I would have gone to McDonalds amd saved $50.

Good American Chinese food. Love the fried rice, perfect for takeout. I appreciate them being accommodating to dietary needs.

The chili oil and peppers were incredibly fragrant, with layers of flavor that made the dish unforgettable. The Boiled Beef was equally delicious. The broth was rich, thick, and packed with flavor, and the beef was tender and perfectly cooked. Every bite was satisfying. Everything was so good that we completely cleaned our plates before realizing we had forgotten to take photos! We even ordered a Beef Chow Fun to go because we wanted more. On top of the excellent food, both the owner and his wife were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's rare to discover such authentic and delicious Chinese food in a small, out-of-the-way town. This place was a hidden gem, and we'll definitely be coming back.

It came out fairly quickly and was delivered by the robot as well as the woman who took my order. First of all the pancakes were the best I have ever seen at any Asian restaurant ever!!!! they were hot, thin, delicate, but strong and tasted great. The Moo Shu mixture itself was fine; however, no sauce was provided. I've never had that experience. Always before either plum sauce or hoisin sauce has been provided and it makes the dish wonderful. I would've asked for hoisin sauce, but I never saw my server again. She never came back to check on me until it was time to pay the bill. I am going to go back and give it another try but this time when I placed my order, I am going to specify that I would like hoisin sauce. If I were going to recommend any improvement for this restaurant, it would be that the server is more friendly and checks in on you a few minutes after serving you to ask if you need anything else so that you can fully enjoy your meal.

The place was practically empty- white everything with black diner seats & red/floral decorations on the walls. Long, narrow passage- greeted with delayed warmth from a boisterous lady. She recommended "more bang for your buck" combinations, so I'll hafta try the ala carte entrees later. I got the crab puffs (8 for $10.25)- they were fun! Triangles vs those 'purses'. Classic krab & cream cheese, but also has diced onion! A note of freshness & packed to the gills! And the egg flower soup ('small' bowl for $6)- simple, pretty straightforward... not enough salt, so shoyu helped. Some corn, pretty sure that's why it was so thick. The #15 ($15.50) came with pork fried rice, mar far chicken & moo goo gai pan... they did not come to play! The fried rice was a little overpowered by green onion, but that's where their pink sauce really came in handy- talk about balance! Their mar far wasn't little nuggets- they were like a breast, battered & fried, THEN cut into strips! So filling! And the moo goo gai pan was refreshing- big slices of carrot, onion, cabbage, mushrooms & broccoli with slices of chicken. Heartwarming, really. With hot tea (one pot for $1?!) & a fortune cookie, came to $32.75. With tip, overall total sat at just under $40. I'm glad I stopped in- this really was a phoenix rising from the proverbial ashes; Phoenix needs a win after Alameda & this place is helping keep them strong. Highly recommend

Mar Far Chicken contains NO VEGETABLES. It is deep fried chicken breast (least flavorful of the proteins) cut into sections. I appreciated that they served the "pink sauce" in a separate container so that it didn't get soggy on the road. Pork fried rice is a hearty portion, not greasy, fairly neutral flavor. They no longer sell won ton soup. That's too bad because I read that theirs was really tasty. ALL of their prices have gone up in the last 4 months; I added updated menu photos.
