I have been using Elite Cleaners pickup and delivery service for the last four months. It has been convenient, and the clothes have come back clean and in great condition. Recently, a sweater came back shrunk. I called, they immediately offered to try to re-stretch via blocking. Located immediately south of Indian School Rd and the SE corner of Arcadia Dr, Elite Cleaners is easy to miss unless you're looking for it. And look for it you should--I had a blazer in desperate need of a cleaning and with several tears that was returned looking brand new! Our other items also looked absolutely incredible when we picked them up. The only downside is that it's quite pricey; I feel like a single blouse is ~$15. I have going here for 2 years very disappointed in $6.86 charge for a men's long sleeve cotton shirt. I questioned the charge and she had no comment just ignored me. Also was charge over $9.00 on a men's silk shirt which I lived in NE Scottsdale and never paid more than $5for silk. I was on the search for a new, reliable cleaner for my collared shirts and after seeing the reviews I decided to try this spot out. Pros: customer service is great and pleasant. The bags they give make drop off a breeze and the text notifications are great for when your items are ready. Cons: due to the fabric of my shirts (stretchy dry fit and printed material; think Lululemon), there is a significant up charge to clean them and after my third visit all of these particular shirts came back significantly shrunk. 5 shirts were effectively ruined and aren't wearable anymore. Well I wanted to start off by saying I have been coming to elite cleaners exclusively but have had several experiences that have really upset me to the point where I will no longer be returning. Let's start off with the poor attitude from the ladies in the front. Anytime I come in I feel like I don't know what type of energy I will be getting from whoever is taking my clothes. Sometimes they have a flat affect and other times they are just rude. I am a social worker so I like to think I give everyone grace and I understand we all have bad days but coming here sometimes puts me in a bad mood after having a poor interaction. Two of my previous problems were addressed and fixed but this last issue really upset me and I will no longer be returning. I dropped off a two piece set and I kindly asked the lady to give me the cost because anytime I dropped something off I would be thrown a plot twist when picking up and being told the price. The girl quoted me $24 total for the top and pants, I agreed and left them to get serviced. When I come back to pick them up the lady then tells me it's $45!!!!! How did it go from $24 to $45??? She proceeds to tell me she doesn't know why I was quoted that and how the other girl shouldn't have said that. In my head if prices are prices there shouldn't be inconsistencies when the customer is told whether it's at drop off or pick off. The lady reluctantly gave me the price that was told at drop off and when asked how we could avoid this in the future she said "here's a pricing list" mind you there is a section at the bottom that has additional add ins you have to calculate for if your garment is a specific color or fabric. Safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had originally left a three star review - which is posted below. I am leaving that review to further explain why I would give Elite Cleaners a 10/10 if I could. Upon leaving my review, and giving Elite Cleaners a phone call, David got in touch with me promptly. I was immediately impressed, as he did not try to argue with me, nor did he try to act defensive. He was very apologetic, and offered a complete refund, plus a compensation for my dress if he could not fix it. After I agreed, David had someone come pick my dresses up for me ( I live in Surprise, and since school has started it would have been very hard for me to make it to Scottsdale) to be re-fixed. I received my dresses today, and I am SO happy. The stitching was fixed on my black dress, and my white dress was returned to its natural softness and wrinkle free. I cannot stress enough how important it is to me that David treated me with mass amounts of respect, and listened to how I was feeling. Oh - they will email/text/call when your clothes are ready! I don't have a valet service at my apartment but they deliver if you do. I'm most pleased with this place! You even get a laundry bag to put your clothes in - and yes - you can drop off 24 hours a day! The prices are relatively cheap for the service and care, so that's a huge plus! This place is fast! From the west valley here, so I was hesitant of bringing my dry cleaning and alterations to a store 30 min away. However, I already knew I was in good hands when they responded quick to my phone call asking if they did alterations (needed some pants hemmed). Keep in mind that the tailor is now always in the store, so call ahead but they were able to get my pants hemmed perfectly and even texted me throughout the process to ask me a couple of questions. I also had some dress shirts laundered and my suit dry cleaned, all of which were perfectly done. I highly recommend this place and support your local businesses! read more

They also decided to charge me an extra $7 without my consent on a cheap shirt I have Bc they told me it needed to be "hand cared" so 7 more dollars they stole from me for no reason whatsoever on top of their over priced laundry services! $50 total for 7 shirts !!!!!!!!! I was lead to believe they would come pick up personal laundry in the downtown area. Several of us are on assignment and have no personal transport to take laundry to a cleaner. Elite DOES NOT pick up or deliver laundry to downtown hotels. So much for that. read more

Elite Cleaners is a great operation in Arcadia. We dropped off five items of clothing--two for normal cleaning, and three to see if they could get out some stains that had appeared while the clothing was in storage. For the latter, because we intended to donate them if the stains remained, they offered not to charge us if they couldn't. The service was excellent. Your clothing is typically ready for pick-up at 5 pm the day after you drop it off. That held true for us. The items they cleaned looked great, and although they weren't able to get the stains out of the others, they offered to try again and ultimately did not charge us. This all made a great impression. They are always reliable, friendly at the counter and the driver who used to deliver my laundry was always personable and on time. I recently brought in my daughter's wedding dress. Needless to say, I can not open it up to check it because it is sealed to preserve it. But I have confidence that the process was done properly to keep its beauty.
