Special Thanks to: Tanner, Keith and Ms. September. As a first time RV buyer, they were very welcoming and helpful. If anyone is looking forward to buying an RV, check out the Happy Daze RV in Livermore and look for these people. They're 100% reliable and I definitely recommend them!

Happy Daze RV's really makes you HAPPY! We were looking for an RV dealer to purchase our first home. After a lot of searching we found the Happy Daze and decided to go there to see what they can offer us. Once we get there we were warmly welcomed and our sales person was Shelbie. She started presenting us the units. She showed us every single one that we asked, described the features and kindly answered all of our questions that came up. We were really satisfied with the service that we had received and came to the conclusion that we should start our RV journey with the Happy Daze! But we faced the problems with the financing and they also helped us with that! After many attempts to get the approval from the different banks we finally got the financing. We came to Happy Daze again to sign all of the documents and we left them even more pleased. Then everything was ready to go and we got the delivery to our city. Delivery person was really nice , he told us all the important details about moving the RV, securing it and gave us his contact information in case we have any questions. This is really the best place to buy an RV!!!

Adding solar to our Grand Designs 2800BH and we are so stoked! We were nervous because it was a big job and kinda outside the box. Worried that it wouldn't look like OEM or close. Wow were we wrong! Once again they went so far above and beyond. It looks like it was installed at the factory. Joe, Big Jim and Will absolutely killed it! Pics to come soon. Can't be more excited that webought and get service from these guys! Thanks again!! Robb sold so many friends RV's and has been amazing !!! Thanks Robb!!

This dealership has been the best experience I've had in the 15 years of RVing. From derick in sales to Joe and service and derick the technician all have gone above and beyond. A lot of other dealers won't forget about you after you purchase your RV but not these guys. My next purchase will definitely be here.

Buying a fifth wheel RV was a great decision for us. We are absolutely loving it! Best of all was the helpful staff at Happy Daze in Livermore. To start, Ryan McBain, our salesperson, was great. His helpful technical guidance made our decision much easier. Highly recommend him and his team. We purchased a Grand Design Solitude at a great price and are loving it!

I went in with basically no idea what I was looking for. I spoke with Lanzo who explained the line of trailer that would work best for me. I left the dealership to go explore my options, with different dealerships and brands. After searching i came to the conclusion that Happy Daze and Grand Design were right for me. There was no pressure at the sales/parts level and they didn't try to upsell me into more trailer. In fact they talked me out of the next level. I appreciate the low pressure sales, and the aire of genuinely caring about the customer's needs. September in financing mentioned that we aren't customers, we're clients. Great experience! Thank you!

I also didn't want to rent one of those old RV's with the terrible interiors (you know what I'm talking about) EXPERIENCE Me, the husband, and our dog had a great adventure! He got to do his camping and I got to "glamp" , sleep in a real bed, and take a real shower. The interior was AMAZING, like a hotel room. Also, they stocked it with everything, like a hotel! (sheets, silk filled blankets, pots, pans, toaster, coffee bean grinder!, knife sharpener, wood, chairs, tables, foil, cooking spray, hair dryer..etc..)literally anything you might need, not just the essentials. Our majestic moving toilet was easy to drive, park, and gave us access to views we'd never see in a regular car. With the RV we could get up at the crack of down, drive to a spot in our jammies, watch the sunrise and make breakfast in front of the lake before the crowds arrive. OWNERS Derek and Conrad were the 2nd best part (besides the RV itself), they were always available on the phone when we didn't know how to use something. PRICING Their price is all inclusive, so even though it seems more expensive then like Rent America RV's , in the end its worth it! . There is a deposit on top of the price as well, and though we broke a door and antenna, the repair was only $50 bucks. They are so honest and will not nickle and dime you or charge for BS things (unlike apartment deposits) TLDR - more expensive , but price is all inclusive, unlike other rentals! - the RV's are stocked with EVERYTHING ( you just need to come with your clothes) - RV's are modern and true definition of "glamping" - Derek and Conrad are fantastic host and will ensure you have an amazing time! If you're thinking about it, stop. Just do it! You won't regret it.

Bait & Switch! I actually didn't realize this kind of thing still happened…read more They had a travel trailer listed online as "on sale" for a good discount but the sale price was still within a normal asking price for that year and model so I called to confirm it was available before heading out. We drove 2.5 hours to take a look. A gentleman named Norville, listed as the Sales Manager on their website, showed us the trailer. Before checking anything out I confirmed the listed price online with him and he said "oh yeah, we don't like to babysit these units so we price them to move fast". We spent 45 minutes or so checking everything out on the trailer and decided to buy it. When we're signing the paperwork, I declined their $5000 "service plan" (over 20% of the cost of the trailer) and offered $1k less than their asking price on the trailer, which I thought was reasonable offer. We finished up the initial paperwork and he left to ask the Sales Manager (or is it the Sales Manager Manager?) about the offer, only to return with "bad news folks, we made a mistake on the price online actually, the price is $7000 MORE than what we listed it for online.. sorry about that." Now, mistakes happen, I get that, but they made zero effort to correct this mistake and instead just demanded the full amount. The unnamed Sales Manager Manager didn't even come out to apologize for this so-called mistake. Maybe they thought since we'd invested our whole day into it already and were set on buying it, they thought we'd still go for it. Maybe they pull this stunt on folks who decline insanely priced services plans. Who knows If this were truly a mistake they should have attempted to make it right. I would have even come up from their listed asking price a bit if they acted in good faith. A company of this size should have owned this mistake and made it right, even if it meant they didn't make a bunch of profit off of us. That was their mistake to correct, not ours. We will never shop another El Monte RV location again and will actively warn everyone we know to steer clear of this shady operation. I'll also be filing a complaint with the CA DMV and CA DOJ regarding false advertising practices.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I'm concerned that this company generates More revenue from charging people for damage, than actual rental services. There was superficial aesthetic scratches as you can see in the photo. We were told, that these tiny scratches are worth 25% of the entire cost of the part ($1400). Do you think these scratches justify 25%? In reality, it's more like 0.1% of the cost. --so how many customers will they do this to? 10? And reap a 250% return on this part? -HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. I'm all for paying for damages but this is ridiculous. The money maker is charging customers for cumulative replacements. You're NOT SUPPOSE TO PROFIT OFF DAMAGE CHARGES. Or is that the entire point of this business? If you've been ripped off by this business, please reach out, as we may be interested in class action litigation.

They only have one person working on Sunday so I waited over 2.5hrs to make my return. Waited outside their gate for 40mins. Another rented was already waiting. The only person there takes 45mins to do his return inspection. After waiting for near an hour the renters in front of me finally got escorted off the property. Upon inspecting my rentals he pointed out a scratch on my jetski rental. The scratch was pretty superficial. The seadoo sparks are made mostly out of plastic and polytec unlike traditional jetskis that are made of mostly fiberglass. Fiberglass damage needs repairs to prevent more damage to the surrounding fiberglass, however, the plastic and polytec damage does not need to be repaired. The small scratch was the size of a pinky fingernail clipping from a part that was nearly the entire surface of the ski. Basically the area you would stand on. The parts price was quoted at ~$1200. His inspection required me to pay for a 1/4 of the $1200 part and 1/4 of the labor it would be to replace the part. A quarter of the price was ridiculous in my opinion. I asked if he could give me deal and give me 1/10 of the cost for parts and labor. It seemed more reasonable than paying over $300 for a scratch in some polytec/plastic that was likely intended to take some abuse. I was surprised he was even considering that small scratch as damage. It blow my mind that they would do this kind of BS to a customer. By the looks of it, this has happen before. The pictures indicate the part that would be replaced. Again, my scratch was the size of a little fingernail clipping. The part is massive in comparison to the scratch.
