The tree removal work covered 2 days which was more than enough time to cover any issues that may have come up but didn't. Communication was efficient and expedient. If clarity was needed by phone Alexis was always available during business hours when at the store. My 4 trees removal was quoted to take 2 whole days but was completed early. Alexis and his work crew were fantastic all the way through. They arrived as scheduled and earlier than on time each day. The crew showed exceptional teamwork and were very easy to communicate with. They were respectful of the property and left the yard looking better in the areas they worked than when they first started. I will definitely seek out Alexis and his work crew again when I have future tree care and landscaping needs.

Moonvalley Nursery has gone beyond my highest expectations!!! In 2025 I planted a forest in my…read morefront yard (8-trees) that were on the larger size and exactly what they promised, you have instant gratification for every dollar spent. Fast forward to this year (I purchased the extended care for a year) in the spring, I noticed that one of the large trees they planted the previous year, looked like it was not doing well. I was within the one year guarantee and Sy from the Gilroy store came out to look at the tree and agreed that it actually needed to be replaced!!!! So he sent a better replacement tree than I actually purchased the first time!!!! He sent Santos Garcia and his crew to replace the tree and they went above and beyond with replanting and returning the area around the tree to look like nothing was ever replanted, so kudos to the crew!!!! The evening, A Sweet Evening of Hope & Impact, was designed to be elegant, welcoming, and heartfelt, and the floral designs played a significant role in creating that atmosphere. From the beginning, Diana was wonderful to collaborate with. She took the time to understand the event vision, theme, and color palette, then created floral designs that elevated every space in a thoughtful and cohesive way. The guest table centerpieces were absolutely stunning and became meaningful gifts for our volunteers to take home at the end of the evening. The large statement arrangement at the dessert display created a beautiful focal point, while the florals at the entrance, coffee station, and beverage tables added layers of warmth and sophistication throughout the venue. What truly set Stems apart was Diana's attention to detail and commitment to making the event exceptional. She arrived on time, professionally installed everything, and even brought additional florals to enhance dessert trays and fill extra vessels throughout the space. Those unexpected touches made the entire event feel abundant, polished, and intentionally designed. As someone who has produced many events, I can confidently say that exceptional vendors make all the difference, and Stems is one of those vendors. Diana doesn't simply deliver arrangements; she becomes a creative partner in bringing an event vision to life.

I came to stems when the flower cottage failed to provide 2 graduation leis I'd ordered in April! I…read morecame in to pick them up and was told (on the day of graduation) they didn't have orchids. No call, nothing! I was left to find something last minute. Stems were absolutely amazing! The owner even was willing to drive an hour to get orchids to make them. I'd totally have had her do it too if I wasn't on such a time constraint. I had to have my son to Santa Cruz by 2 and we were at 1030. They made him a gorgeous carnation lei in burgundy and I had it by 1145. The staff and owner are the absolute sweetest! They went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer by the time we left. Where one shop lost a customer, stems gained another one!
