Ordered a bouquet of 75 roses, 50 pink in the inside 25 white around the heart. I got almost 25 pink inside and 50 out and apart from that they couldn't even make a heart shape after saying they could on the phone even after seeing the picture I sent them for the inspo pic. I think it's really unprofessional to be lying to customers saying you're capable of doing something and giving a trash bouquet not even looking anything like a heart. At pickup I told the lady I didn't like that it didn't look at all like a heart and she said otherwise, please look at the picture. Super frustrated that they would do this , will definitely not ever come back

I was looking for a specific flower, stargazer Lily, to top a birthday cake I made for myself and when I called, the owner was very kind over the phone and said that there might be some at the King location but she couldn't promise me since she was not onsite at the time. I decided to go check and the employee working was so nice. There weren't any lose lilies in the storage buckets but she snipped 2 off from an existing arrangement which was so nice. She said it's would be no problem for me to buy those and that she would fix the arrangement. Great customer service! Lovely selection of fresh flowers at a good prices(:

Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and the bouquet looks nothing like the photos. I ordered a small bouquet mix and it didn't come with any carnations or filler flowers as listed in the description and the lilies were not even bloomed. I was super excited to surprise my mother because of the good yelp reviews I saw only to be disappointed upon pick up. Not ordering flowers from here again. Balloons costed extra and weren't part of the bouquet.

Went in store to order a floral basket for my grandfather's funeral to make sure I could speak with someone in person on what I wanted. Showed them one of the baskets they advertised on their website but wanted to make sure there were more roses. I was told the arrangement would have 14-16 roses. We ordered the premium to make sure there would be more roses. The arrangement only had 8 roses and had an old looking basket that looks like it is for Easter not like the basket they advertise. When I spoke to them about the arrangement they said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend.

This place was a little hidden gem. As soon as I walked in, the florist was super friendly and helped me immediately. I had viewed their website prior to visiting and showed her a bouquet that I wanted to gift my younger sister. Without hesitation, she offered to make it for me. The flowers were fresh and well taken care of, the bouquet lasted over a couple weeks. She also was kind enough to add complimentary items like the flower perfume and a couple birthday details.

HORRIBLE!! Flowers look like grocery store throwaways, half dead upon arrival, holes in leaves ... looks like it was just shoved into the very simple vase that didn't even have a ribbon on it to add some sense of elegance. Arrived a day earlier than person scheduled it for - was left with NO water in the vase, no text alerting me (or the person who purchased it either) (the phone # was listed on the note too) of the delivery. Leaves are already falling off, just one day after receipt. Feel very bad for the person who sent this as it needs to be tossed out already as it's falling apart and making a mess. I very rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, however, this place is just awful!! So tacky, completely SUB-PAR QUALITY, and very unprofessional in every area. Please save your money and go anywhere else, or even go to your local grocery store and make your own.

Let me tell you, I love flowers and these are the freshest and best looking arrangements I've seen. I've ordered a couple times through DoorDash and let me tell you I've never been disappointed. They've always turned out way better than the ones you buy at Safeway or other grocery chains that charge double the price. Prices here are very reasonable and I definitely think you get more than what you pay for. Without a doubt this is my favorite florist. Trust me and buy from here for your next floral needs. I ordered a bouquet of flowers from "from you flowers" online. This is the floral shop that filled that order. It looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. The vase and flowers were all wrong. What was delivered, ended up looking like a sloppy mess. The flowers looked wilted and sorry. Was very disappointed in the quality and esthetics. Definitely didn't get what I paid for!

Ordered flowers for a Dad and Grandpa's funeral services. I asked for this see pics below and see pics of what showed up. I'll save the fact that they didn't want to make it right by apologizing or giving any refund even of a small amount. The work you'll see speaks for itself. I don't recommend this business and I will not be returning to this place. So sad that it was ok for them to leave this last memory for our family. I hope this helps people to understand that you will not get good quality flowers or service here. read more

My wife ordered the Sweet and Pretty bouquet from FTD... apparently Eden's Garden interpretation is far different.... Weedy and Random. See pics! Even worse when she called they blamed the delivery guy and then blamed FTD and told her to handle the issue with FTD. We told FTD to never use them again. read more

The good: I ordered thru DoorDash and was pleasantly surprised to see that you could get affordable flowers delivered immediately through their service. It was SO useful! I was able to get a bouquet for $19.99. Grocery stores may offer bouquets at that price but I've never see floral shops that deliver offer those types of prices. The bad: I cannot attest to what the flowers looked like but my grandma was very happy with them. The interesting: They do wedding and funeral flowers too. read more

If you want your order messed up several times then this is the place to go to! I ordered over DoorDash which I understand sometimes doesn't come out correctly but I literally had to go out my way drive to this location to give them the flowers back they made another bouquet for me and made it wrong again and tried charging me again when I had wanted an exchange after the first time they messed up. No good. read more

I will never buy flowers from Eden's Garden I order some flowers for my Anniversary for my wife. I told them specific how I wanted the flowers and I told them the date and time and they were not ready when I went and pick them up. She forgot my order I had to wait 30 minutes. I couldn't wait I had to pick up my kids from school. I came back the ordered wasn't right the owner was not there. I called and told her she gave me the wrong order she said she was going to called me back because she was going to talk to her coworker never called me back. I went today to speak to the owner but she was not there. I spoke to her sister to explain to her what happened she gave me bad attitude and was really rude and told me if I don't like it go some where else that they didn't charge me tax is not about the money is about customer service she was being really rude the whole conversation she doesn't have no manners or customer service she's going to loose customers like this for her attitude... read more

My wife received a flower arrangement on Mothers Day from our daughter who placed the order through 1-800-flowers that cost $150. The flowers arrived Sunday night at 7:30 and were half dead and the vase had only a cup of water in it. We called the number on the card and they asked for a picture. We sent it and they said the arrangement was unacceptable and will redeliver. After numerous phone calls and leaving messages we still have not received anything. It has been a week. read more

They offer succulents that aren't sold at Lowe's or Home Depot. Like the other businesses nearby street parking only.

As we walked back to our car, we came across a shop called "Plant Slut," located on the bottom floor of the parking garage. It was a delightful surprise. Previously, there was another plant shop in that location so not sure if they rebranded, but it had a different name. We were immediately drawn to a funny candle with the F-word on it, and my girlfriend ended up buying 4 candles for us. The sweatshirts were hilarious and perfectly labeled for plant lovers. The shop is adorable but small. The merchandise is reasonably priced for the bay area. Parking is very convenient as it's right there by the shop. You just park, go down to the first floor, and you'll find it facing the colorful walkway that was recently painted, opposite a variety of restaurants in the pedestrian-only street.

this company isnt just amazing, they are the best!! ive been getting my girfriend guccie flower arrangements for years and she is very picky. these guys worked with me to explore all options, gave me a personalized experience, and delivered a bouquet that my gf said is the best i ever gave her! i just bought another $240 arrangement from them again today. Even their lower tier arrangements are better than anything you will find anywhere else! (i have sent those too!). Side note: if you look at any low star reviews it is talking about food! Unfortunately yelp reviewers are confusing this place with a flower place in SF and a restaurant in SJ. I promise i only hire the best and this place is definitely the best. read more

Hi Britney. I remember your husband coming in to pick up the basket. He did ask me when he picked it up how many roses where in the basket. I explained Nd offered to put in more roses. He said it was fine the way it was. I insisted many times to add more and he said he liked it that way. He also called you not sure if he video called or sent. Foto. I would never refuse to add more.
