Walked in with my daughter for last minute pedicures. We waited about 15 minutes which wasn't too bad since they let us wait in the massage chairs The prices were fair. Took about an hour in total for the services. My daughter's was flawless. Mine could stand some improvement. My girlfriend went in to get her nails done and had 5 of her nails ground down so much to the point that her thumb nail split and she had bleeding on others. When she finally couldn't take the pain anymore she told her tech she was just going to leave and the nail tech screamed at her telling her she was being too sensitive. My girlfriend then went to the front counter to pay and this nail tech followed her to the counter and continued to scream at her telling the woman at the front counter that she won't work with my girlfriend anymore. Rather than the woman at the front counter apologizing and insisting my girlfriend not pay, she let her pay and sent her on her way. I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from this crooked abusive establishment. read more

Happy Foot used to be great but not anymore. I spent $50 to get gel nails. They started chipping the next day and were so badly chipped by day three I had to get them redone. I paid another $40 to get them re-done (they did not offer to comp the re-do) and they look like a kindergartener painted my nails. They are so bad it's embarrassing. I paid a total of $90 for this nail job. Get a good look lol. I will NEVER go back. read more

I went in today as a walk in, new client, and was seated right away. The technician, I think was Ella. I confirmed I just needed a gel fill and also a toe polish, no full pedicure. During my visit no additional clients came in. Following are my negatives of my appointment: ~ She new I requested gel and she used acrylic with a gel top coat, w/o informing me. When I asked about it, she told me it was gel powder. ~ It was the fastest manicure I have ever had. Not relaxing at all. I felt extremely rushed. ~ She nicked my skin/cuticles at least three times with the drummel file and never acknowledged. It was me who who kept saying, "sorry". ~ I asked for a the same design I had previously which was a chevron pattern with a small diamond jewel at the point on my ring fingers. When she said that I was done, I said "aren't you doing my two diamonds? She said, "too late...next time" ~ I told her at one point that I wanted the chevron a little higher and she said that she had 19 years experience and she new what she was doing. ~ She made a mess of my toe nail polish...leaving polish all around the nail on my skin. ~ When I went up to the Receptionist to pay, she asked if I was happy. I told her that I never got my request jewel on my ring fingers. No offer of a discount for being a new customer or for not getting what I had requested. ~ My charges came to $120 for a simple fill and my toes painted.......I will not go back or recommend to anyone!! read more

First I take no happiness or pleasure in a bad review. I called and made an appt and the woman in the phone was nice. I got there with my friend and the place was dead, which is nice, but once we began service everything changed. I had a man and my friend had a woman. We told them we have acrylic on our toes and would like more, we were told NO. We don't do that. We asked if anyone could do the acrylic they called another younger woman over and they spoke in another language so we couldn't understand. This woman was wearing a fake Louis Vuitton mask and looked at my friends toe and then walked away. Said nothing. Not hi not no, nothing. Then we were told by the woman doing my friends pedicure that we need to call and make an appt for that specifically because nobody will help us otherwise. Never had that happen before. Asked friend if she wanted to leave and she said no, let's just do a pedicure and do something simple. My friends pedicure was done about 15-20 min before mine. I got some gems but nothing crazy. I also ordered a more expensive pedicure with hot stones, massage, exfoliation, etc. The nails took an hour no clue why, my friend was done for at least 20 minutes before he even got to the massage/stones/etc. I told him not to worry about doing the extra stuff we needed to go and he said no I'll do it. The stones massage and exfoliation (no extra callus remover) took about 3-4 minutes. $75. I was shocked. Not only were we treated poorly and rudely the value for what we got was not great. Oh and my toes are painted different colors and I didn't notice until he was done. I'd say skip this place. My friends cheap pedicure was $55. I tipped $15 and so did she so that we weren't rude. Total $99 for me and $75 for her. Updating to let everyone know that both myself and my friend now have pain in our big toes and definite ingrown toe nails. I don't think these techs maybe know how to trim or cut toe nails? I'll try and post pics soon. read more

I came in for a pedicure on Sunday july 6, 2025 The tattooed woman grumbled something unintelligible...I sat in the chair..requested the 45.00 pedi which includes the foot/leg massage and all callouses and cuticles gone! I always love being able to walk in and get a pedicure! The chairs are Comfy-have all the settings for a nice massage. The team is always receptive to changing the water temperature and being sure you are comfortable. I feel their price points are fair And the end result is excellent. read more

I was told the technicians were finishing up and to have a seat for a pedicure. After 35 minutes I was moved to a pedicure chair and was told "they are finishing up". Another 25 minutes and no one was finishing up. I wasted an hour there. She should have told me to come back in an hour or make an appointment. She acted as if she didn't know how long the technicians would be. She has been running that place for years and knew exactly how long it would be. No respect for customers or their time. read more

I hate leaving a bad review but this was unacceptable. I've been going to this place 2,3 times already feeling happy and lucky I found a place who can kind of do my acrylic toes how I like them ( which is nothing out of this world. French tips and square ). I went today to my appt and since I got there the nail tech had a bad attitude, I didn't take it personal, I was still polite and soft. She was mad that I asked her to not shape them round but to just make them square ( mind you she kept filling them rounded). I asked her to leave them long so when she was done w the French tip and she file them again they won't be so short. SHE STILL MADE THEM SHORTER! When she asked me if they were ok I told her POLITELY "to be honest, no. But let's continue" she got mad and told me she wasn't going to do my toes anymore. SHE WAS SUPER RUDE. I had to pay $45 just for clear acrylic, BAD SHAPE, BAD SIZING. And she refused to do the rest of the design. I was hoping I could speak to the owner since she saw everything but when I approached her, she completely played dumb and proceeded to charge me. I'm so disappointed because I liked that place but their service IS TERRIBLE. While I was walking away the nail tech "MAYBE YOU CAN GO NEXT DOOR OR TO WALMART". Excuse me??? I like that I can often times just show up here and get a mani-pedi. I like the massage chairs while getting a pedicure and they do a good job. I think the pricing is standard and the nail technicians are friendly. Nothing incredibly special,, but nothing especially bad either. read more

My go to spot for pedicures. I wouldn't say it's the best pedicure as it does feel rushed but you do get what you pay for as they are reasonable. They do really good with shaping it's just the relaxation part that you go for to get a pedicure isn't there. read more

Just to be clear, Kathy did my nails and she was wonderful! Joy at the front desk was professional and doing her job well. My issue and it's a big one is with the business owner. I had never been to this location before, and my friend and I wanted to go and get our manicures done. We looked online and found this place was close and affordable. On their website as well as on Google and Apple maps, their rates listed a $25 price for a gel manicure. We made our reservations and we showed up early, did everything correctly. We were greeted by Joy when we walked in. Did not need to go up to the desk to check in since we had appointments and were guided to sit at on the couch in the front. Joy guided us to our technician table when they were ready. I had a wonderful experience with Kathy and my friend with Jenna. When we got to the front I was charged $40. I questioned it, explaining that I'm only paying $25 since that's what was advertised on the website and on Google. Joy explained that she cannot make any exceptions she is just an employee doing her job. And she did do it well. She did say that there was no supervisor or manager on site, and that the owner was the only one that could handle this. So I asked her to call the owner and she did. She handed the phone to me and I spoke with the owner. He did not work with me at all! I was very kind and professional myself as a business owner. Explaining his false advertising is going to cost him more than the difference in what he was charging me and not honoring the advertised price. He explained that he is a new owner, for clarification he bought the business from the previous owners last summer, almost a year ago! That is not a new business. He said the old owner still had ownership of the website and the domain and URL. I simply said that that is not my problem That's his bad business deal not mine. His false advertising however is on him since he is the business owner with the same name and still using the website. I also stated that it's easy enough to change the business name or at least got a DBA and create a different website using a different domain name. He said he would work with me and only charge me $35. Longer story short, I paid the $35 because I had nothing against the service that I received. However, the owner threatened me by saying I would be the one responsible for Kathy not getting fully paid for her service because him paying her was based on what the customer paid for her service. That got me mad even more mad. Two things came up for me, are these employees and he's going to short pay and employee based on his false advertising and business decisions? Or are these technicians independent contractors? And if that's the case then wecustomers should be paying them directly at their rates and not paying the owner of the business. Either way this guy is in trouble. For the record, his higher rates are not posted except for on a flyer laying flat at the end of the counter which is unseen by people walking in that have reservations already and are guided to sit on the couch. All he has to do is change his website the logistics are not the customers problem. This is false advertising. Bottom line. I will not go back there to support this man. I will however, file a complaint with the BBB. FYI I tipped Kathy well. read more

I will keep this short - I got the sugar scrub pedicure for 35$ I attached a picture for what this included and it states (minimum of 30 minutes). It also says there will be a 7 minute massage (very precise). Oddly enough my pedicure lasted 23 minutes from start to finish. Very strange and disappointed. She actually gave me a nice relaxing sugar scrub and things were looking up from my last pedicure. She then rubbed my legs down ONCE with hot stones. She then went straight to painting my toes! My toes look nice but I would have liked to have gotten what I paid for. Very busy salon which is what they all seem to be these days even though prices are going up for every day items. It seems that they overextend themselves instead of just saying no to people. I appreciate the effort but feel that you must follow through with what you offer. read more

The man that did my pedicure never asked if I wanted anything more than a basic pedi. He used a scrubber on my feet while feet were dry with barely any special detail on my dry parts of my heel and big toes. By far the worst pedicure I've had. Everything he used was dirty looking as was the entire salon. It wasn't a surprise that the place was empty. NANCY...seems to have good technique and she has regular customers. I had good experiences with her, until I DIDN'T!!! I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. For the first 10 minutes of the time she was finishing up with another customer which is understandable. During the remainder of my wait, she had disappeared. The receptionist was aware that I was waiting. Finally, Nancy reappeared and was annoyed with me because the receptionist had to get her from the break room. I received no apology nor explanation. She rushed my nails and had a super sloppy technique. I refused to spend a moment more with her treating me horribly so I didn't get my scheduled pedicure. I went here for the first time and received the ultimate deluxe pedicure, from an older man who took his time and truly made me enjoy my pedicure. The gel on my toes was absolutely perfect. This time I came for another pedicure and thought why not do my nails too. I got a full set of acrylic with a clear top coat and a chrome powder. My nails were very short almond shape as requested. The shape was very off, my thumbs look so crooked. There's lumps & bumps. I had one old acrylic nail on my index finger that I requested to be removed. Instead of filing it off, she used an artificial nail to pry under it and caused immense pain. I was bleeding in two areas of my nail because it had been ripped off. The powder wasn't even chrome, looked like a grainy eyeshadow. The sides of my nails aren't fully covered. I'm honestly extremely disappointed. My toenails look nice because he actually used a chrome powder. Unfortunately the guy who did my pedicure seemed to be rushing; barely rubbed my legs with lotion, the scrub and the hot stones. When I pay extra for the ultimate deluxe I expect a thorough job. I was cut on the left side of my foot. My total was $145.00. I will never be getting my nails done here again. There's no way my nails should cost 72$. They aren't super long and don't have any intricate designs. I'm fine with an extra $10 for chrome, but it has to be authentic chrome powder. I've paid 130$ just for acrylic nails before so I'm not cheap, but I expect to get what I want. I'd get another pedicure here if I could be guaranteed precision and relaxation with the massages. No hate to the workers, they were very nice. But I feel like they wouldn't do anything if I came back and complained in person. read more

Stopped in for a quick toe nail fix after my dog broke mine off. They got me in at the scheduled time (30 mins after I called) and were super understanding! They didn't do the original pedicure as I'm from out of town but they were able to match my color and had me in/out in 15 mins. Used acrylic build to fix and you can't tell it's not my real nail! Utterly Terrible. And then after showing up for my wax appointment, after three walkins were taken after me, they didn't even know what I was there for...I left without telling them anything. My husband regrettably keep his appt but left after and the lady kept leaving (3 times) in the middle of his back wax! I got my nails done at this place today. One good thing I can say is they were able to accommodate my walk in... They staff are pretty friendly. The guy that did my nails was nice but he didn't really understand what I actually wanted. That's okay because I normally go somewhere else and just needed some new nails because I broke them.. my normal shop isn't open on Tuesdays so I appreciate them getting me in. i have been coming to this salon for years but have noticed a big change recently. i came in with my grandmother looking for a relaxing experience but unfortunately left in tears. from the moment i sat down, the lady who was doing my pedicure started nitpicking every little thing about me, from telling me my finger nails are too long and she doesn't like them, my toenails are too short, my skin is bumpy and bruised, my pants are too tight, etc. she also told me she felt bad for my grandma because she was going to have to pay "too much money" for my long finger nails, when I was the one paying for both of us and trying to treat my grandma to a nice experience which she RUINED! i ended up not even getting the fill for my gel nails, just a pedicure because we just wanted to get out of there already. i have had experiences like this at other salons and it's terrible! i wish nail techs would go back to the way they used to be, where they would take their time on your service and not be so critical and act disgusted when you aren't the perfect model for them. i will not be returning. i came in happy to be spending time with my grandma on my day off from work and just wanted to relax and instead had to leave in tears thinking about how everything must be so wrong w me that she had to sit there and point it all out a million times. the guy at the front desk was very nice & so was my grandmothers technician. it sucks that one bad employee always has to ruin it. a tip for nail techs: please just be nice!! people know their toes are ugly && everything that is wrong w them already, they're looking for a nice pampering session not a 40 minute talking to about all of your flaws. read more
