It does tend to take a while for your order to be ready so ordering by phone is a good idea. Also, they have a special every weekday which you might want to take advantage of. One thing to note is that though it's not posted anywhere, they charge you $1 for paying with card. Parking lot is kind of small and a bit cramped but there's also street parking close by.
