WARNING Fraudulent dental facility! I had delta care insurance and all the dentists that take this insurance had terrible reviews, but for some reason this dentist didn't have any that were too alarming, so I gave it a try. They seemed friendly enough. I went in for a routine cleaning and x-ray checkup. It had been a while since I had gone due to pandemic. He hit me with a huge surprise saying I had 6 cavities and stating some were huge under old fillings. This totally freaked me out, but not as much as the over $600 I would have to spend to get the work done! Well I decided to wait and get my husband dental insurance and get the work done cheaper and with my old trusted dentist. Im 100% glad I did! My old dentist said I had no cavities! I was so socked! I love Dr. Malek. My whole family has been coming to see him for years. He is super honest and has never tried to give services that were not required. He works with me to make sure I can receive all the work I need without having to pay much out of pocket. Recently, I've been gritting my teeth at night, causing some type of jaw dislocation and unable to eat without pain. I was able to make an appointment to see him the very next day. Honestly the best dentist EVER!!! I use to see 2 dentists before Dr. Malek, and man did they mess with my teeth pretty bad. I've had pain in my teeth for almost 3 years and no dentist knew why and one day I was dying of pain so I went to see Dr. Malek since he was nearest to my location and he found the problem in minutes! 2 of my teeth were filled together and he fixed it. Stay AWAY from this place if you value your time!!! You have been warned. After reading the reviews for this doctor, I selected him as my primary dentist, and made an appointment about 3 weeks out. First of all, I get there and the door is locked, apparently I have to be buzzed in; sketchy but OK. My appointment is at 4:30 p.m. and I get to his office at 4:15 p.m. in anticipation for any/all paperwork that must be filled out prior to the appointment. I sit down to wait, a man was leaving and thanking the doctor, then a mom and her gaggle of kids comes in; her kid is seen before me. fine. I sat there from 4:15 p.m. until 6:00 P.M. and no one even acknowledged me. The receptionist hardly ever acknowledged anyone, and after it had been 1 hour and 20 minutes, I asked her when he would be starting my appointment and she said "In 10 minutes, he is behind"...and then 40 minutes went by and still nothing. I mean, I am not expecting a no wait situation but 2 HOURS? Come on...that's when it becomes ridiculous, especially when this is my first time ever at this dentist. Finally, my patience wore way too much and I advised his receptionist this was not acceptable and left without seeing anyone. STAY AWAY from this office, again, if you value your time. I had to leave work early to get to an appointment that never happened. That is completely unacceptable to do to someone who is looking for a long-term dentist. Back to the drawing board. read more

Finally found a skilled and honest dentist! Previous civilian dentist put in a filling that was defective after only a year. Dentists before that were from the Navy; (I am a veteran) and they all did some shoddy work. Needed to have a root canal and crown done and the work performed was outstanding. No pain from the procedure. Just a little bit of tenderness for a couple hours after. I went to sleep and felt totally fine the next morning. The only way I hurt myself was when I tried to eat some food after the appointment and bit my lip haha. The numbing agent he uses is quality stuff. His quality of care has inspired me to see about having braces done to have a photogenic smile. I absolutely trust Doctor Malek to perform affordable and quality work. Well gots to go. Came in with the most terrible pain ever, a toothache. Needed a root canal and Dr. Malek did a great job. Explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Started with some antibiotics to help with the infection. Slept so great from the pain relief..... Then came back to have impressions done for the crown when infection had gone away. I will be honest, I stumbled across Dr. Malek's office by accident while looking for someplace else and I am so glad I did!!! Last night one of my huge fillings came out, I was devastated ....there was no way I could afford this type of issue right now. Anyway, I was greeted by a very friendly staff.....I asked how much it would be for a consultation....every other clinic in the area was about $49....they told me that there was no charge for the Dr. access my situation. I am terrified of dentist visits and Dr. Malek (45 yrs experience) made me feel at ease from the moment we spoke. Anyway, to make a long story short......he did an amazing job (pain free).....my tooth looks even better now than before the incident.
