I went there for a general cleaning. Dr. Joshua Rose looked at my teeth, and his assistants briefly mentioned the procedure might not be covered by insurance, so I thought it was necessary and agreed. The next day, when I checked with my insurance and another dentist, I was told only a normal cleaning (D1110) was needed since my teeth and gums are healthy. Despite this, Dr. Ganji's office used codes D4346 and ZD4382, and I had to pay $199 out of pocket. The cleaning took less than 30 minutes. At the end, a staff member asked me to leave reviews on Google and Yelp and even asked me to take out my phone, scan the QR codes, and write reviews while still at the office. This felt unprofessional. Because of the billing and how they handled things, I don't trust this office and will not go back.

Alma, the dental assistant, was also wonderful...even though I cracked the temporary crown with my grinding and had to redo it. Marisol and Brianna at the front desk were both so helpful and welcoming throughout the visit but kept calling me Eduardo, like my mom when she's mad at me. They corrected the error of their ways though, and before I left for the day they called me Eddie (como dios lo manda). So we're good now. All kidding aside.
