Awful service. They booked an appointment for 11:30am. I arrived but the office was closed. I called several times and no one bothered answering. This office is so unprofessional. Why would you book a patient for a time your office is closed. The business hours posted on the door do not match. It states opened 10am-7pm but no one is at the front desk. Dr. Eyvazi is the best dentist I've ever had. He does great work and he is always looking out for the best interest of his patients. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I'm honestly saddened by it. The office staff is very kind and considerate. Sometimes the wait time is longer than you expect, but I promise it's worth the wait. They treat each patient with the best care possible. I have been a patient here for a few years. I normally only do my yearly check ups so I didn't notice the bad service. Lately I've been having gum pain on a tooth that has a crown. I called the office to book an appt, the receptionist couldn't find my name in the system - mind you I've been there multiple times before. The day of my appt she calls and say they need to cancel and reschedule my appt because the xray machine is broken. I agree to the next appt. When I show up there is no one in the office. Not a great impression of the office. I called a month ago to see if they accepted medi-cal. They said yes but you have to be assigned. So I go ahead and reach out to my dental insurance to assign me and boom done! I have been trying to get in touch with this office ever since! No reply. Not sure why the rating was so high before I went there but here is my experience: It took months to actually get to see the dentist. I had a same day cancellation from them and another scheduling error that they refused to admit because they "wrote it on their note" so I must be wrong?!They weren't helpful in returning calls and fulfilling any requests that they promised either. Anyway, when I actually got there on time for my appointment. I waited an hour in the dingy waiting room with other patients that spoke loudly on speakers and TikToks. At the end, I was treated by a team of mildly unprofessional dental assistants and a very disinterested dentist who did nothing. I was told that I will be contacted for the result. I didn't. I called back and they delayed again. When I finally got ahold of them, they Initially told me that I didn't need any work done and then changed to needing very time sensitive and expensive work done?! What? Another battle after that is to get their X-ray for a second opinion which was delayed for another month and the quality was so bad that I had to redo them anyway. So, I didn't need the work done according to my old dentist. And they were horrible to deal with either intentionally or due to lack of organization or professionalism. I'd stay away. read more

Absolutely the worst experience with a dental office ever... stay away... far far away! I was originally sent to a dental office in the same building but they did not accept my dental insurance- when I called my provider they gave me this office's information- I went in and thankfully they were able to see me without an appointment.. 1 star for that because I was extremely grateful and in sever pain from a tooth ache.. the waiting room was welcoming and the windows overlook a school so that help ease any anxiety.. I was grateful to get xrays promptly and see the doctor about a plan. Overwhelmed, I had to reschedule my cleaning because the dental assistant was very rough when attempting to clean my teeth and it was extremely painful and scary.. I was not able to proceed. We rescheduled and the doctor gave me a prescription for my tooth pain and preventative treatment... now this is where is goes south... getting a hold of anyone at this office is incredibly difficult. Calls always go to an answering machine, a fax line or you simply get get off... after hours emergency line messages get ignored! The worst customer service experience ever... now I understand why the doctor only comes in 3 days a week but the office is so unorganized and I should of followed my instincts and stayed away from the creepy place but I did enjoy the doctors energy and that's honestly the only thing that keep me coming back... when I returned for my cleaning, nervously, I waited for 2 hours only to be told they were down a employee and overbooked., I went to run errands at target came back and still waited.. I decided that the front dest helper/assistant dental hygienist/ receptionist/ needed a break so I told her it's best to reschedule.. no hard feelings... I was called a week later to change my appointment due to the doctor being out.. I was honestly relieved.. finally made in back- only waited an hour had my teeth cleaned by the doctor with no extra numbing medication needed! Yay.... But the paperwork the highly unorganized office sent to my insurance lacked all the information necessary and my procedure was denied by my insurance company... in so much pain I called them continuously over a weekend and no one got back to me other than to say they tried calling me several times and it was my phone that was now not accepting calls... peculiar... but I needed their help- doctor is never in to see patients and that is not communicated at all.... I was forced to get an emergency procedure done by an incredible root specialist in Torrance I had been to in the past... and thankful that I did! But the only thing lingering was I needed to get temporary work provided by the specialist done correctly.. I immediately called dr. Eyvazi's office to schedule an emergency visit to get work done cause I had a 2 week window to do so... today I arrived at the correct time communicated over the phone to be told my appointment was at 1pm and that they could see me but only X-ray so the dr. Could follow up at his convenience... obviously with the lack of communication or concern for their patients well-being I was out of luck again at this office... Beverly was kind enough to tell me that if I wasn't happy I could call insurance and ask them. To send me to a big office with lots of doctors that work everyday because that's not the way they do business here.. now that time has run out, I need to find a new dentist asap because this unorganized location has basically wiped their hands of my care needs. Sadly... I do not recommend anyone waste their time here... and unfortunately for the dr. I'm sure I'm not the only patient who is frustrated by the run around but honestly I don't think they even care. read more

If you were in search of a dentist who is gentle, honest and caring, then I would strongly recommend Dr. Eyvazi and Eyvazi Dental. The staff was extremely nice and organized. I didn't have to wait. They called me in exactly at the given appointment time. I've had the same great experience every time I went for a check up or any other procedure. Dr. Eyvazi is a true professional; he gives you the time you need to explain the situation. You won't feel rushed. He listens carefully and discusses the options with you. He makes you feel welcome and respected. On my last procedure, Dr. Eyvazi spent the time needed to clean my teeth. He was working so detail on every tooth as if he was putting away from his own life; where as in my previous experiences with other dental offices, the cleaning procedure was performed by the dental hygiene. If a dentist works so clean and detail on something that you can see, it gives you a peace of mind when he works on something inside your tooth that you can't see. This office is ran by the 2 front desk ladies that work in there neither of them is a dentist. You will never ever meet the dentist I been with this office since March!!! The front desk lady worked on my teeth giving me teeth X-rays & cleaning. I was suppose to meet the dentist for him to tell me what treatment plan I needed they always call you to reschedule saying the dentist won't be in the office when you call them they never answer the phone. Fast forward I go in on Monday due to my wisdom tooth coming in and it's painful I call 5 times no answer I go up there at 11:50 they are on lunch it says come back at 1 I go back at 1 still not there I call the cellphone number that's listed on the out to lunch sign she say we will be back at 2 so y'all get 2 HOUR LUNCHES WOW!! I go back at 2 I get there the dentist not there it's the same 2 lady's they take X-rays then tell me come back next Monday the dentist will see me he is gonna send your pharmacy some medicine for the pain. I HAD IT!!!!! I called my insurance made a complaint changed my dentist and I'm not in pain anymore DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS DENTIST!!!!! Since my last review, visits have been pleasant. Like I've mentioned before, Dr. Eyvazi is a great dentist and I'd really hate to look for another dentist because of scheduling problems and lack of communication with staff. I now, have begun getting courtesy reminders (about a week or two before the schedule appointment) of our following appointments since then. Dr. Eyvazi is super cool! And nice!! I was referred to him by my ortho since I have medi-cal insurance. Dr. Eyvazi filled in my 9 cavities...don't ask I know. I had to stretch out my appointments of course and because Dr. Eyvazi always takes his time and doesn't want to overwhelm his patients. He makes sure he explains everything and wants you to be comfortable with your dental decisions. His office takes PPO insurance as well as my medi-cal, so double check with your insurance online if he is a Dental provider for your insurance because I really recommend him. His front staff is friendly too which makes the process visiting the dentist much more lax. I also appreciate that he gave me a second opinion in regards to my ortho treatment because I can get curious! This dentist is the place one I've been to. The staff Nidia and Becky are super helpful and left me reminders on when my next appointment would be . Once I arrived to my appointment, I did not have to wait . I got seated right away and Dr.Eyvazi is very nice and super honest. Very gentle as well when working on your teeth. The most pleasant dentist office I have been to, the receptionist is very friendly, the dentist is very attentive! Just make sure you call your insurance beforehand because sometimes they are busy and they forget to call, and keep in mind they are pretty busy so if you want to book, your appointment might be a month out, but personally I feel it's worth the wait! read more

I been reading reviews and this place look pretty good. I called made and appointment and they told me friday. I request time off work to go. On Thursday I called to confirm the time and give my insurance Information and they tell me the appointment was for thursday. Um no thanks. I requested the time off the same day I did my appointment just so I won't forget. Then when I would call my call would go to voicemail. Took me 2 day to get through. My experience with Dr. Eyvazi and his staff has just been wonderful! The office was very clean witch made me feel even more comfortable about my procedure. I went to a few offices before this one and was truly impressed. Dr. Eyvazi explained to me all of my options and made it very clear what was going to happen. By far the best dental experience ever!. Everyone is very friendly and nice; the office is very clean and organized.
