Absolutely awful. Went today for a gel manicure. I felt like crying halfway through. None of my nails are shaped evenly, or really have a consistent shape at all. Anything I tried to bring to the manicurists attention was quickly dismissed. The gel application is haphazard. My nails resemble peaks and valleys. I ended up filing all the excess gel shards from my nails and attempted to reshape them to something passable. I would have loved to have brought this to mgmts attention; but based on the gentleman who took my payment, who didn't speak or acknowledge me until i had money out...they wouldn't have cared at all. I'm getting these redone tomorrow. What a waste of time and money. read more

This place is not what it used to be. If you're going for a pedicure it's the perfect place for you. however if you're going to get a cute but simple design don't go here!!! I asked for a cute and simple design shown below and i did NOT leave happy. The nail tech cut my thumb from filing waaaaaay too hard and the shape was awful i asked repeatedly for the shape to be fixed and when i left I realized one finger didn't even have a top coat so i went back in.... I had high hopes since this place is always busy. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. The woman who did it the pedicure was very friendly and gentle, but I didn't realize how bad the shaping & Polish job was until I got outside. There was polish all over my cuticles and my pinky toes had so much that had pooled on to my skin. The shape of my toes was irregular and some were on an angle. Gel mani seemed better but I noticed a chip the next day and day 3 all of my nails were peeling. Male manager at check out was not friendly. I've recently switched to this salon and have been here twice already and I'm pretty satisfied with the service I've received. I usually just get a uv gel fill in and the nail tech Ryan does a great job. The service is quick too! I don't think I was there for more than 40 minutes and my nails were beautiful. The last time I was there I also got a gel pedicure, it was a little rushed, but that was because I came right before they closed unknowingly. The gel pedicure is a little pricey, not sure if I would do gel on my toes here again but other than that, no complaints! read more

SCAMMERS!!! I walked in for the FIRST time to get acrylic tips with gel polish. I asked the young girl at the front desk how much it would be and she told me $40 and to have a seat. The nail technician, named B.B. came over to do my nails (didn't even say hi) she proceeds to take out this white little jar after she glued my tips on and I see it's some sort of pink gel looking thing. I ask her if they have regular acrylic powder and the liquid. She says "this is better, acrylic is bad for your nails". So she proceeds to put it on my nails. She wouldn't listen to the shape and style of how I wanted and kept insisting the way she was doing it was better. Btw my nail BURNED really bad with this stuff in the UV lamp. I also got a pedicure and my pedicure lady was very nice . PAYING PART THE SCAM!! -- - when I came to pay the young lady I had spoken to in the beginning told me my total was $75 . I was confused and told her that's a mistake. Apparently BB took it upon herself to use that gel crap instead of acrylic which is $55 a set WITHOUT telling me. She insisted she told me and the manager or owner (a man) believed her even though I had witnesses who said she didn't say anything to me. Okay, after I got the white nails done, pictured above, I figured I would try them again for a gel. I've been coming here for years and they actually USED to be good. Let me start off by saying that you won't come here and relax because they really love screaming across the salon to have conversations with each other. Maybe it's just me but I don't think it's professional to be screaming to someone while you're doing a customer's nails. I sat in the front and halfway through my manicure someone came in and requested the girl doing my nails. They didn't tell the lady she had to wait, nope, the girl got right up to do the other lady's nails and another girl came to finish mine. Not only is this rude but, again, unprofessional and this is not the first time this has happened here. They rush whatever they're doing and then try to get you to get more done so they make more money. I'm done here. I have been coming here for years, mostly due to convenience. I've had some negative experiences but not enough to keep my from coming back. However, I will never return to this place again. I made an appointment a week in advance w a specific nail tech. I was told she had appointments at the time I requested, so I agreed to their earlier time. After leaving work early, I arrive only to find out that this woman is not available, she had an "emergency". they sat me down in a pedicure chair, and the woman who Did my pedicure was so rough and quick. The entire pedicure was 15 minutes tops. I actually was so uncomfortable and bracing for pain because of how rough she was. I asked her to cut my nails shorter but she insisted they were short enough... she barely filed them, my 5 year old could have done better. Literally the worst pedicure in my entire life. On top of that, I found out while I was waiting an additional 30 minutes for my manicure, that the rest of the staff was at a party, thus the short staff and long waits. I wish I would have gotten a call before I arrived that my tech wouldn't be there. I wouldn't have gone, had a horrible experience, waste money, and time. I used to come here often because I was a "broke college student" trying to save money. It's cheaper then other salons in the area. However, with a cheaper price tag comes bad service and bad quality. The employees are rude, unfriendly and have too many personal conversations. I also do not think this place is very clean. It just gives off a negative vibe. The final straw was when a male associate would not stop talking while doing my nails. As a result, he paid very little attention to the work he was doing and I was left with a disastrous looking gel manicure. There was polish all over the sides... I literally think I could have put the polish on better myself. My nails were weak from the over filing and overuse of the electric nail file thing (not sure what it's called!) When I went to a nearby salon to get it fixed, they asked what nail salon had messed up my nails so badly. When I arrived at 11:00 the technician is servicing someone else, and I'm asked to have a seat and at 11:15 a staff member tells me "Tammy will be ready for you in 20 minutes". That's not 11 or 11:30. So, nevermind that I had an appointment, received 2 texts messages confirming my appointment, Saturday and 8 am the day of appointment. DONT BOTHER!! WHERE IS THE 0 STAR OPTION?!? I have never written a review until today, so you can imagine how dissatisfied I am. I went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was seated with a gentleman that completely rushed on the manicure. He repeatedly tried to get me to spend $40 on a top coating he assured me would help the gel last longer. I insisted I did not want it but he would not take no for an answer, he even said just do regular pedicure so it'll come out cheaper. This was the first time I came into this establishment, and was just surprised how pushy he was being. He literally must have asked me like 6x it was ridiculous, I was starting to get annoyed because I had told him nicely, no thank you maybe next time but he wouldn't listen! The polish on my thumb smudged a bit as I pulled my hand from the uv lighting and I showed him, he said he'd just add a clear coat and it would be fine. When he was finished with my nails, I had a long smudge and he seemed perfectly fine allowing me to leave my seat like that. It wasn't until I had to tell him to fix it, but he looked completely baffled and annoyed that I would be asking him to fix it. When it was time to get my feet done, I was able to really take a look at my nails and I was even more unhappy. He didn't paint my nails all the way on the edge and there was SO much nail w/out polish. A few nails were rough because he didn't buff them out correctly, I had polish on my skin on a few other nails and I'm not sure if the polish was old but 8 out of my 10 nails had air bubbles on them. I told the owner, he filed my nails a bit and sent me on my way! When it was time to pay, I showed the owner the air bubbles that so many of my nails had and he pretended he couldn't see them. I was charged full price and I even made a comment to the owner telling him I was surprised he was charging me full price since I was so unhappy with the job his employee had done since it was obvious he had rushed. He (the OWNER) said nothing to me and continued watching on his phone! They don't care about the customers, it's all about profit for them and it was clear to me as they made little effort to rectify the issue. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My first instinct told me to leave but then when they put the plastic liner in the foot tub, I was like "okay I can ignore the unsanitary look to the area." Then I had to take my feet out of the water after feeling an "electric shock" feeling in my feet??? Strange but no one was around to tell, they just left me there. I started out loving this place and loved my nail girl Katie. BUT as I continued going the staff got too comfortable and sloppy. I was paying $45 for a gel tip fill in and having my nails fall off 2 days after. She would rush and they barely lasted me 2 weeks for GEL. I found a new place and regular acrylics have been lasting me 3+ weeks. The staff is nice but the quality has gone down and not worth it. I also find them to be quite expensive. read more

My niece and i went there yesterday and they put something on my feet they said to help with calluses but they must have left it on to long and burnt my one foot to were i have scabs and it hurts to walk. Waited 10 minutes for the tech to actually sit down in front of me. The whole time (over 1 hour) she was on the phone ignoring my requests. I asked her multiple times if she could get my nails done in less than a hour because I was on my lunch break and she didn't even bother to answer.
