I walked in right when they opened (10AM) and I'm glad I did -- they get busy and space is limited, so a little patience goes a long way. Martha did my pedicure and gel-x nails and she was amazing. She was detailed, professional, and so easy to talk to -- our conversation flowed the whole time. I was very happy with the results. I also loved supporting a Latina-owned business. This was my first time visiting a nail salon run by Latinas, and it made the experience even better. I'll definitely be back!

But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. I LOVE Chloe for lashes and Brenda for nails, although everyone else I've had has done a pretty good job too. My lashes always last pretty nicely. I've gotten gel on my toes and they last as good as day one pretty much until they grow out. Mostly I get a basic manicure and pedicure and whatever nail shape I ask, or specifications I need, they can take care of. Over the years, I have seen once in a while, there's a certain type of customer that will come in, get their service, and have a meltdown/make a loud scene looking specifically to get out of paying which I have seen in other salons too. It happens. I am always impressed at how professionally and tactfully the employees respond to those kinds of situations. Overall, I appreciate the service they provide, their presence in the community and would like to see them continue be a part of it. They're the only salon in town I've gone to for this many years, and I'll keep going because I like what they provide for me.
