The day I went to get my nails done, everything started off wrong. From the moment I sat at his station, he handled my hands so aggressively. The entire appt was 2.5 hrs as the owners decided to take other clients while we were only half way through getting pedicures, so we had one person for remainder of toes and then waited for each other for nails. .. toes with different length nails, childlike nail polish, and visibly dry skin on feet.. and the nails- similarly awful. The gel was bumpy, our cuticles were not cleaned up. When we expressed concern about the time, they said someone did not show up, though did not take responsibility for taking other clients and leaving us.
