Our pedicures were relatively quick, even though we scheduled spa pedicure appointments - I would say they were basic, maybe slightly elevated. We also got basic manicures which felt rushed. My nail tech left some cuts on my cuticles and brushed past them like they weren't there, and I felt as though the establishment as a whole was a bit dirty. To top it off, our two basic mani/pedis + tip cost $225, which felt like an overcharge. As we left, the nail techs even pressured us into paying with Venmo, and then seemed dissatisfied with the tip we left (which was more than generous for the service we received).
