They used hot stones, a foot scrub, cuticle oil, gave my nails a thorough trim and cleanup, and finished with a relaxing foot and calf massage. It was such a great experience from start to finish. Saru took care of me, and she was wonderful! She was very thorough, gentle, and made sure everything was done perfectly. The salon was also very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I've driven by this place so many times and finally decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I did! I'll definitely be coming back and will be recommending The Nail Bar to my friends and family.

Thankfully it was a very short massage ... which was a blessing in this situation but I feel it should have been a longer massage for a $60 service. He also painted on my Cuticle line, so it looks messy with gel polish. And didn't clean up the polish left on my skin. I always get powder with extensions. They last about 3 weeks and start getting loose in that 2.5 - 3 week mark. I mention this for two reasons: 1. I'm pretty rough with my hands and activities and appreciate how resilient my nails are for the most part. 2. I wish they did last longer but most of the time 3ish weeks is the max I can go with this type of nail service bc they start breaking or popping off. My only reason for 4 stars is that at times my nails aren't even.. not noticeable to the average eye but I notice. I also wish the technical design capabilities were stronger. I know of other salons that do some cool things but seem so far.. with that said they do good work and I get compliments quite often..

I called Crystal as soon as they opened this morning for an appointment. They told me that they had no openings, but that I could go as a walk in at 2:00. I showed up on time and waited for an hour before leaving. Meanwhile they kept taking calls and walk-ins as I waited. I started to feel like I was at a car dealership where they just tell you what you want to hear just to get you in there. After leaving there I called Cozy and as expected got an appointment in 20 minutes, exactly the time it would take to get there. Anybody want a free gift certificate to a place you'll never want to go back to? Check the reviews - the difference between the ratings at Crystal Nails vs this place is like night and day. Cozy Nail is the only place to go!

Nothing was cozy about Cozy nails. Wouldn't even call it a spa. I had to ask for gel polish & the employee put on such a thick layer of gel it is almost tacky feeling and it dents/imprints easily. The employees spoke to the other employee and said the UV light wasnt working correctly, so dont use it on the next customer. That's why my polish isnt right. Not only that but their tips go in a "tip bucket" with their name on it instead of their own pockets ... why??? Just why?? Let me give my cash tip directly to the employee and not the bucket. I'll never return and will never recommend this business.

As soon as I got there I was greeted by the friendly staff and seated. I haven't gotten my nails done in almost 2 years and they look awesome! I have a toddler so the fact that my gel manicure has lasted over a couple days so far shows how great this place is! Great selection of colors and clean facility. Will totally be back!
