Even something so simple! It had little bubbles in the polish, my nails have sharp parts, and it seems that there weren't 2 coats applied because it quickly became matte in several spots. The worst part is the attitude I experienced. Not sure if it was meant to be directed at me but my nail tech didn't seem to want me there at all. At the end she even asked "do you want a massage or no?" when my nails were drying and it seemed like she just wanted me to say "no". I said yes please and she promptly put a 2 min timer in front of my face and gave a weak lackluster massage that said without saying "I'm done here". It seemed that a lot of regulars came in, and perhaps other technicians are friendlier and more detailed oriented, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

The service was fantastic! for my dip manicure, I wanted some added length, so they started by applying tips and expertly shaping my nails while I was enjoying the pedicure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel truly pampered. My nails turned out absolutely stunning, and to top it all off, my manicure lasted an entire month! When I came back for a fill two weeks later, the owner demanded that I get a new set of acrylic nails because my natural nail underneath grew and was visible. I refused to pay $65 for a full set plus $20 for removal so I went to a different salon for a fill. When I was finally ready for a new set, I went back to the same technician and she disregarded my request to have thin, natural acrylic, created a mismatched shape and the nail polish was so old that it looked nothing like book sample. I called the salon 5 minutes after I left and asked for it to be redone. My nails looked horrible in natural light. The owner tried bullying me again and blamed me for being picky then said I could never come back to the salon. The whole experience was rather traumatizing and I spent $85. Ladies, there are better salons. The owner is quite stuck up and cruel. I will take my business elsewhere.

I'm pretty rough with my hands and activities and appreciate how resilient my nails are for the most part. 2. I wish they did last longer but most of the time 3ish weeks is the max I can go with this type of nail service bc they start breaking or popping off. My only reason for 4 stars is that at times my nails aren't even.. not noticeable to the average eye but I notice. I also wish the technical design capabilities were stronger.
