I have been going there for years and they continue to impress me. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary and even have a raffle going on to celebrate. I recently tried my new favorite pedicure called the candle pedicure. The candle pedicure products are made in the USA and the wax melts, dissolves, and is absorbed quickly into the skin. My legs feel incredibly smooth afterward. They now offer complimentary alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, which makes the experience even more relaxing. They were extremely nice and accommodating with our busy schedules. My best friend and I came in on Thanksgiving weekend, without an appointment. Not only did I pay $20 to have gel so it would stay on, but 2 days after my pedicure I have a whole toenail missing all the polish and the polish on my other toes looks so messy I could have done it better myself. when sitting down i asked if he could do designs then asked if they had yellow chrome.. he said yes to both. when he came back with the colors i didnt mention anything about the yellow shade he chose ( more like a lime green yellow ) because he had pulled out a polish from his stand before hand that said " GOLD TOP " so i assumed that's the chrome and it's going to change the shade when applied.. as this has been my experience before with chrome, sometimes they do a different shade polish bc the chrome will change it a bit... when he opened the polish it was a clear top coat... the color, the design, the polish job itself is not smooth. i have never been so angry and upset over my nails before. will never come back. read more

Had Gel X nails and after 1 day one nail had bubbled and another nail was open from the back. Gel X is not cheap and with my toes it was $140.00 plus tip. They said they would fix it but I guess even if they are open until 7:00 all there technicians leave by 6:30. I was told it was just their pedicure people that were left. As a woman who works and has kids I'd expect at least 1 nail tech to be available @ 6:30. Very disappointed and will not ever return. Wouldn't even give them 1 star!
