I was hoping for a relaxing experience and decided on a facial. The experience was NOT that at all. The music in the cramped and cluttered room is loud and not conducive to relaxation. However, the person assigned to do the facial must have been relaxed because she repeatedly dozed off while massaging my face!! I should have stopped the (non-professional) facial, but I'd rather just never go back. Nor would I recommend a facial at this establishment. read more

I've been here twice. The first time was nice I took my daughter she got a manicure and I got a full set. My full set was nice, just one of my nails was crooked... no big deal. I can live with it. Second time me and my daughter got pedicures and a fill on my nails. My pedicure... hurt. The guy that was doing my pedicure was digging so hard. There's paint on the side of my skin going on to my nail so I know it's going to chip. (I didn't notice these things till I got home because they were busy.) the fill I got from Jennifer, now not only is one nail crooked, all of them are. She didn't even fill them. The clear coat doesn't cover all of my nail, on 6 nails. I paid 160 dollars for a piss poor done job. I thought I found my new nail Solon being new to kerrville. I'm going to a different solan to get my nails fixed. I do not recommend this place. read more

The staff was nice enough, but the quality was not what I was expecting. My nails are pointed up like crazy and it hasn't even been 24hours. The polish is uneven in some places, the nail's themselves weren't shaped very well, they're uneven and have lumpy spots. They look super thick and gummy. On my pinky they cut my nail bed. read more

Absolutely terrible. I got a pedicure and dip nails. Place was filthy. During my pedicure they didn't even buff down my heels. The male technician did not let me choose a color he just asked what I wanted and chose for me and just started painting. Then for my finger nails he CUT OFF ALL MY NATURAL GROWTH on my nails without asking. I had very long nice nails and he just snipped them off without asking. When I asked him why he did that without asking he said oh well too late then proceeded to keep cutting all of my nails super short. I asked for dip with two simple colors and he was mad because I was inconvenienceing him to do more than one color. I got brown on my ring fingers and white on the rest. He cut my fingers many times with no apologies. Then had the audacity to charge me $20 extra for a tip included and "nail art" fee... ridiculous. Rushed, dirty, rude and would never recommend. read more

He always does my nails the way that I like, he's very good when it comes to finding the exact color I want, and he does many different shapes and lengths that always turn out great. Steven is the best at Angel Nails! He has been my nail tech for at least 8 years. He is talented and never fails to do amazing work. I use the dip system after his recommendation years ago, since my skin is very sensitive. It's been the best thing so far. He works with my schedule as well, so I can get in when needed. I came here a year ago for a pedicure and didn't have any problems but I came back in today with a friend and we both got our toes cut and painted. Mine were fine but as I was sitting in my chair a lady came up to me and literally grabbed my wallet and phone and took them from me to set them in a different spot because they "needed the spot." My friend got acrylic on her big toes and normally when done correctly they look so cute, but since he didn't file them or make any effort to make them look nice she walked out with puffy, bumpy, gumball toes. Overall the people are rude and it's terrible work. If you want your money's worth PLEASE don't waste your time here just go to JT nails or Lavenders. 10/10 would NOT recommend. read more

Don't use Brian... he's the WORST!!! Every other time I've gone to Angel Nails I've had a great experience, but not this time. Brian was beyond RUDE and completely rushed my $70 pedicure. He didn't do the hot stone massage, and when I asked him about it he insisted he did. VERY disappointed at my experience this time. I will never go here again. They don't sterilize the equipment between people, all the chairs are broken, the whole place is covered in dust. I could not explain my concerns due to a language barrier. When my nails started falling off after 3 days they wanted me to pay 45$ again. Absolutely zero customer service. read more

Took my daughter in during the day to get a mani pedi for thanksgiving. We sat down at the pedicure area. Cold water, no one ever checked on us for 25 minutes. Finally a man came to do mine, he rushed through it and I was completely done before anyone came to work on my daughter. I wanted a new set and asked to soak off and was told he'd take care of it. We went to his station and he drilled my old set down and burned me several times from doing it on one nail for too long. I asked again if anyone was going to assist my daughter and at that point someone finally went to her. I told them several times she wanted a set as well and when she was done they sat her at the drying station and again I had to tell them she wanted a set. At this point my person had done the color I wanted backwards, misshaped every single nail. They do not naturally bend with my real nail at all and look awful. They are so thin that it's only been week and they are already breaking. My daughter got her first set and they lasted all of 5 days before two came off. DO NOT GO HERE. This says a lot because I don't do fb but I created this account to post on here because I don't want any one to experience this. Wow, where can I start. I actually went the day before I took my daughter so I figured this would be an ok place to go back. Brought my daughter (she is not a teen or a 5 year old)to get a manicure and pedicure. It was busy, obviously there was a wait which I was fine with. We were brought to the pedicure chairs and my daughter was set up. We waited patiently for our turn. As more people kept coming in for pedicures, they were being helped first. I didn't say anything because maybe they had an appointment. Well then 4 more people walked in. They were being helped before us. I knew for sure 2 of those did not have an appointment because they said they just walked in to get such and such. We were finally told we would have someone with us in a "min". Well we were skipped over again. I'm sure if it was because her pedicure was not as expensive as an adults so she was not even considered as "in line". At this point other people were leaving because of the wait. As another customer came in. They put her in a chair that was not cleaned or the lining replaced for a new pedicure. The water was still in there from the previous customer since she had walked out. I didn't even know what to say. We had waited for over 40 mins that the water was already cold. After I saw the customer place her feet in the old water, that was when I was ready to leave. I felt bad leaving because my daughter really wanted to get her nails done. I knew for sure this was not the place for her. So I called somewhere else and they said they had something available. We got up and walked out the door. We got into the car, when out comes running one of the employees. She opens up my car door. Yeah she opened up my car door!. where my daughter is at and starts to pull her out of the car saying she can do her nails. I tell her" no we are going to go somewhere else",twice, but she keeps on insisting. Yeah, she is still trying to pull my daughter out of the car. My husband snapped at her and told her to stop grabbing my daughter and that she cannot do that. She finally let go of her and she said "sorry no grab". I had my daughter close the door and we left. This was such a horrible experience! Please do not go to this place. Unless you want them to LITERALLY pull you out of your car. This was the most unprofessional place and nastiest nail place I have been too. I honestly can't believe I went there in the first place. read more
