I have gone here for many years. Lucy gives a good pedicure. I cannot go any longer. I told the owner Lisa she needs to buy new nail polish! The polish is so old and thinned out with whatever they use. She is busy all the time and needs to throw all that old nail polish that's been there for ever. Spend money to make money. read more

Came here for the first time to get a mani/pedi and got Lin. She was rushing through my pedicure, only gave a very quick foot massage and was extremely rough. When it came time to painting my toes, she switched off with someone else and took another appointment that walked in the door. I decided to not even proceed with the manicure and will be going somewhere else. She was very rude and needless to say I won't be returning. read more

First of all they took 4 whole hours to do my nails and toes and I asked for gel nail polish on my toes and they chipped off in 2 days. And they overcharged me from the prices that were posted in their store. If you don't have all day to get your nails done don't go to this place. read more

I love the way Tom does my nails. I can call them on a day with no appointment and they will squeeze me in. Very accommodating and friendly. It was very hard finding a nail salon after moving from NYC. I've tried three others in the neighborhood and feel most comfortable at Happy Nails. read more

I got tips done on Friday 2/10/23 late afternoon with gel. The next day one nail tip chipped and one nail was lifting, not the same length as others. So I went in on Wednesday, 2/15 to get the nails fixed. They wanted to charge me for new tip saying it was my fault. It wasn't my fault because when it chipped I wasn't doing anything to cause the chip. I have been going to the nail place for some time since I went to the place and was happy with the service as well as the workers. I was unhappy because one worker was blaming the chip on me. I felt it was inappropriate. The manager or owner came over and then walked over as the previous worker was blaming it on me. I was calm and feel it was inappropriate to charge me the repair the nail that was not my fault. read more

Today was very upsetting! I'm a regular here and I am always a great tipper because service had been good in the past. if I get a $35 pedicure I'm going to tip them anywhere from $12-$15. I usually get Lynn who is amazing at pedicures and always does at least a 10 minute massage. but today they basically put me in a chair & put the massage function on for like 15 minutes. Some guy came over, didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted and proceeded to put some kind of scrub on my legs. He very gently filed my toes for all of 2 minutes, and barely cut my nails. Then the owner came over and "finished" my pedicure with a two minute massage (even though it's normally at least 10 minutes) and then rushed to paint my toe nails. My entire pedicure was approximately 20 minutes and it had Always been 60 minutes in the past. They charged me $25 ! For what?? A polish change? My tip reflected the terrible pedicure that I got and I'm never going back. They lost a longtime and loyal customer. read more

This salon is the best I have been to by far! Lisa is always accomodating to your needs, and the wait is usually 5-10 minutes max, if busy. I come here for most of my waxing services, massages, and mani-pedi's! Go ask for Vivian, she has the hands of a god, and does your nails well! read more

The positive; it's clean, affordable ($25 gel mani) and they are superficially nice (like most salons). I waited ten minutes and was greeted pleasantly for a gel manicure. The clientele was off, one customer was using a walker in and out and smoking Two feet outside of the door and another lady was loud and extremely overweight limping around. (I have absolutely nothing but love for anyone with a handicap- but it jest felt like they were unhealthy and soooo loud and obnoxious). There were a few other nice customers in there. My manicure was rushed and careless (see pics). She didn't look at all, just slapped the polish on. If I paid more than $30 I'd be really upset but I guess in this case you get what you pay for. Sue was very sweet and very fast, but the mani was not good and looked like it was 5 days old. read more

My fiancée went there with her sister. Her sister asked for acrylics and they ended up doing gels. Saying they are better and charged her more without her approval. Very rude nail lady, insulted the quality of ring she was wearing. Changed name to Digit Nails now. Never go there. read more

I've given this place way too many times and chances and it's HORRIBLE. There is like 2 people working and they are rushing you through everything it's absolutely horrible. I went on my lunch break I said regular pedicure which she proceeded to basically throw me into the chair, not even clean my toes like you normally would during a pedicure I had to tell her to "can you please cut around and clean the nail?...." And then I said would you be able to paint gel because I'm going back to work and they will smudge she says no you said regular pedicure I have no time. Like, you spent 5 mins total on the "regular pedicure" not even doing a good job I think you can paint the nail and put it under a light it takes JUST AS MUCH TIME AS PAINTING DOES like are you kidding me? I can't deal with it this place sucks every time. If you don't have enough staff then just close your business because this customer service is horrible. And she charged me $25 for a SHIT PEDICURE!!!!! With no polish!!!! Lmao it's such a joke. Avoid this place let it go out of business so they can put a nice nail place in for once!!!!!! read more

Very expensive for substandard work. Went on Mother's Day and although very friendly also paid for services that were not requested but given ex: the 10 minute massage. My daughter in law had a fill in done with nail shortening. Nails were all crooked. I'm giving 2 stars because they were friendly. read more

they had the basics of what constitutes a nail shop - asian ladies, massage chairs & opi nail polish. their service didn't really stand out nor did any of their services. their prices are a little on the high end. i got a simple color change & the polish started going to hell in 2 days. happy nails, i think not. my friend got a flower on her toes (hoping they would resemble mine which had got done prior to my visit to ny) though we both agreed it didn't look like a flower. though neither of us have the heart to knock someone's foot art - so she has an image that looks like a ninja star or flower, depending on who you ask, on her toes. read more

I don't recommend this place, I was VERY disappointed, they are alittle on the high side with price and when I asked for a full set of acrylic nails, the lady went ahead a did a gel set. The nails came out horrible, when it came time to pay I questioned the price for my set saying it was suppose to be $35 for acrylic like I asked and the lady said yes but this is better, better quality. So they do what they want and charge you extra. So $65 later I walked out and very unhappy, so no wouldn't call it happy nails and I believe it's under new management called digit nail and spa, yeah add digits to your bill!!!! read more
