I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do). Thank you so much for having her apart of your staff and for being so close to my job where I could even go on my lunch break or right after work. Oh and her work by the way is so clean and neat as you can tell by the photo. I will be telling and insisting everyone I know go to this salon and use Delilah specifically. Once she starts, it was clear she didn't know how to - totally fine. So we switch to French. The French tips were very thick and also bulky to the point where you could feel the tips were thicker. I paid, tipped $30 and left because I had been there for hours as they took me 45 minutes after my appointment. I also hate confrontation so I didn't say anything (my fault). Next day I call and politely explain the situation. They said no problem. I switched to cat eye - management tries gaslighting me saying my nails were fine and that "there's no one available to fix them now anyway" - not true as I called and scheduled an appointment. Told me it would be a $10 up charge. I politely asked if they could waive the fee for the inconvenience. Was told ok hold on and she walked away. New tech comes and re does my nails and tells me at the end it's an upcharge of $10 - while I understand the charge, and $10 is not a lot, it's the principle. I now paid $10 and tipped the new tech again. $120 in total for a cateye gel manicure and 4 hours of my time. Explained to management I would not be returning and ad I left, management was yelling price differences at me as I walked out. Unprofessional and greedy business.

I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!
