When I called to make an appointment, I let them know I was a first-time customer for them. I was warmly welcomed and given an appointment that worked with my schedule for the next day. When I got there I checked in on Yelp and was so excited to see a 10% off coupon for first-time customers. That excitement was quickly deflated when I was advised that they were not honoring it any more and they have asked Yelp to take it down but they haven't. Unfortunately, this was where they lost a star in my rating. :( Despite that, the experience was very relaxing, calm & professional. We didn't feel rushed at all, which I really liked. On this visit, we splurged on a mani pedi for both myself and my daughter. We were both very pleased with not only their care and service in our experience but with the overall appearance of our nails. We'll see how long it lasts. We loved the welcoming positive vibe and professional staff. We'd definitely come back. There's a frequent customer card where after 10 visits you'll get $10 off your service. Be sure ask for it on your way out.

Our services were exactly what we asked for. I got a pedicure with white French, plus a fill-in with a matching white French. Tiffany was AMAZING she made sure every detail was perfect, from the base color to the shape and even the size of the French. She was so thorough, patient, and kind. She made sure I liked everything I was doing. I'm beyond happy with my results, and Tiffany definitely has a new regular client in me. Highly recommend! I found the experience from a customer service perspective to be a bomb. The manager seemed harried and rushed and not respectful of my appt time. Ditto to the tech who did my pedicure who seemed pained by having to do my pedicure. I sat in the chair waiting for her to do a pedicure I had scheduled. In total, there was 30 minutes of wait time between the two appointments not because of the scheduling but the mismanagement of this salon. I would never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the time.

Once she starts, it was clear she didn't know how to - totally fine. So we switch to French. The French tips were very thick and also bulky to the point where you could feel the tips were thicker. I paid, tipped $30 and left because I had been there for hours as they took me 45 minutes after my appointment. I also hate confrontation so I didn't say anything (my fault). Next day I call and politely explain the situation. They said no problem. I switched to cat eye - management tries gaslighting me saying my nails were fine and that "there's no one available to fix them now anyway" - not true as I called and scheduled an appointment. Told me it would be a $10 up charge. I politely asked if they could waive the fee for the inconvenience. Was told ok hold on and she walked away. New tech comes and re does my nails and tells me at the end it's an upcharge of $10 - while I understand the charge, and $10 is not a lot, it's the principle. I now paid $10 and tipped the new tech again. $120 in total for a cateye gel manicure and 4 hours of my time. Explained to management I would not be returning and ad I left, management was yelling price differences at me as I walked out. Unprofessional and greedy business.

I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!

The ambience is calm without tension from management. I highly recommend this nail salon.
