Have been coming to this salon for 15 years. Even when I decide to try a new place, I always end up coming back. I love the owners, I just wish they would hire more people. You can't run a nail salon with two people and it gets frustrating. I have an unpredictable work schedule so I liked the option of just being able to walk in but since they are so low staffed, they now require appointments. I came here since I was new to area and was recommended by someone. They have multiple people doing different things and expect large tip each then was laughing about it. I spoke to the person that referred me and they said to not let them get to me . I figured I give it another chance. My second time coming the lady pointed out that the guy that did my nails the first visit was off as if she didn't want to do my nails. I never requested him so why bring it up? And when she polished my nails she didn't go all the way to cuticle so it looks like my nail grew out and will need fill in sooner The owner was actually very kind and accommodating so I gave him a large tip that he earned & deserved not an automatic expectation like his workers. They should've been grateful to get anything. While he massaged me during my nails drying, the others were standing by front door with their coats on making me feel rushed. Getting my nails done here. I voiced my concerns to this woman many times. I'm getting a full acrylic set done. She's supposed to glue plastic nail tips on and she didn't. I told her I wanted tips. I gave her a chance on one hand and I looked at I told her I didn't like the way they were coming out and I wanted to change my mind. She said no they're not done. I file later. I'm like no I want tips. She's ignoring me and NOT listening to customer needs. Now I'm stuck here having acrylic over my real nail. No tips like I wanted. She's just extending my real nail with acrylic. This is NOT going to be strong enough. They are going to break. Never returning here again. Waste of money I'll be spending. I don't have money to waste because this lady isn't listening to the customer and what I wanted in the beginning. Will not be getting my eyebrows done here either. I didn't leave a tip. My nails are crooked. What was she going to tell me "oh no honey your fingers do like that" no my fingers don't go like that. Sorry. Maybe. She's telling me this is stronger. This is an extension. This is better than tips. If they break I give to you for free. All the bullshit. Like no it's not. I've had broken nails fixed before with "extension" and they've always broken again. I didn't get what I asked for. The whole point of acrylics is to have your nails a little longer than usual and not have them just as long as what you go in with. I've been getting acrylics done for 13 years and I know how they SHOULD be done. This is NOT how they should be done. My real nail is so short now I can't even get under this acrylic to take them off myself. I have to wait until this shitty acrylic and job starts to lift before I can rip them off myself.This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. This is by far the worst. They don't listen to customers concerns. They don't care about making the customer happy. They just want your money. I wasted 25 dollars on acrylic over my real nails. No tips. Not happy with it. I'm really pissed off with this. I could have just threw 25 dollars out my window and let the wind take it if I wanted to throw my money away. THe woman didn't want me there at all. She did a quick job. I have been going here for almost three years. Very rarely am I unsatisfied. I never make an appointment, and rarely do I ever wait more then 10 minutes. The pedicures are great~ especially if you get the right technician. I get acrylic fill-ins every 2 weeks, and they always look great and last the 2 weeks (sometimes even longer) My best friend gets her eyebrows done, and they do superior work there. Have been a few times now. Last two visits not happy at all. I went for reg pedi and mani. Only got pedi... It looks like I did them myself ...toe nails not straight, polish on my toes. She did two coats of polish but not the whole nail and clear coat not on all of my nails as well. Not sure if new owners but not the same service. And I was there when they were cleaning the pedi tubs....ewwww so gross looks like they don't clean on a regular schedule. read more

The staff here are pleasant and accommodating. I've come here for a basic manicure as well as glittery uv gel and the service and technique are equally good. The prices are about average for the area. Owners are onsite and are very gracious. Ask for Ava if you're planning on having a set of uv gel or acrylics placed. I went to maple nails to get a new acrylic set. I was charged for gel and they gave me normal polish. They also put on the acrylic too thick. There was gaps in between the nail and the acrylic. If I am paying $40 for a new set I don't want it to be garbage. read more

I've been to nail salons in many places across the US but this is by far my favorite. The owner is always there with a smile, offering a water or tea and handing out small gifts at Christmas time. All the choices are spelled out on the wall with times and how long your massage will be. They don't charge extra to remove dead skin and they have never tried to up sell me.
