I came here as a new customer since my spot didn't have the winter green that I wanted. I came in…read morefor fill in and pedicure. The spot is cute but small, nice colorful lights on ceiling . Tom did an amazing job, once he completed my fill in, Kim said I couldn't get a pedicure and stated that I only requested fill in. I told her I had an event tomorrow and needed both done since if I didn't I would be mismatched with my polish and having to return would be an inconvenience . I spoke with Tom and asked if I can get just a polish change since Kim was initially refusing to let him do my pedicure then wanted me to allow another customer to go ahead of me to make me wait for pedicure. Tom didn't a great job, he trimmed my nails , filed them and sprayed water to clean them. I had full intentions of returning to be Toms regular but Kim said charge her $5 extra since she is a new customer and we don't know where she came from and had to fix her nails. I informed Kim that I didn't have anything fixed then she went on to say that they only do short nails , which mine are by the way and that they charge extra to shape them. My nails didn't need any shaping it was regular filed as done with any acrylic fill in. You would think as a new customer that I would get red carpet treatment to get me to return but Kim treated me like shit. She told him to charge me regular customer price then "tell her to get out and remember her to not let her back since she caused trouble". I asked her name since she was so rude so I can document in my review and she said "Kim but I don't work here". I asked what do you mean you don't work here if you are sitting here doing a customers nails as we speak. Kim said she is only there once in a while. I asked to speak to manager, Tom said they were in queens. They would not call manager but Tom was taking orders from Kim which didn't make sense to me. I told Tom I would've returned for him but due to Kim's behavior I would not. I found it ironic that I saw this business on yelp in past but it must have been removed by owner due to bad reviews. On Facebook reviews I saw Kim is the owner and had positive reviews so something is shady about this scenario and makes it more clear as to why Tom was taking orders from her. I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and never experienced the treatment that Kim gave me. She was extremely rude as she raised her voice and argued with me in front of other customers. Kim is definitely bad for business

The needle in my toe was extremely painful. I learned that nobody should ever cut the side of your nail of down the side. My toe always bothered me after 2 weeks, for years. My fault for not knowing never to do that even though it felt better when she did it. But at least I know why.

The staff is welcoming, sweet, and professional, and they take their time without rushing you through the appointment. My nails came out perfect every time. Super neat, great shape, and exactly what I asked for. They pay attention to detail here, which makes a big difference. The massage at the end was a nice touch too and I've never gone anywhere else after that overall, it's just a really comfortable, well we're on place with consistently great & warm service. I promise I was scared with the shape from the start and just let it happen to me to avoid the embarrassment of having to take the file and do the work myself. I got a "spa pedicure" that included a "massage"-- lady was petting my leg. After 4 min of that bullshit I asked her to stop and get it going because I have to go. Then my wonderful boyfriend who offered to treat me to my nails comes around with the bill-- $105 for his pedicure, mine and a set. WAIT WHAT??? I got some bullshit acrylic set and gel polish-- FIFTY DOLLARS. And my nails went in every-which direction. I yelled robbery and she was forced to fix my nails. As she explained that the reason it's so much is the quality of work and down the block they do a rush job-- yeah okay lady!!! My nails looking like I got them done at a beauty training class by a blind student. One of their "regular clients" called to get a fill in and pedicure and she blew her off saying it was "too late" for both. They treat their regulars like shit too! -- Another regular listening to me complain said that gel powder is $5 more! HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE. This would be a 0 Star review. Should have been my first clue this place is not good. Pedicure was ok, but no massage or real good scrub of feet like I've experienced anywhere else. Manicure was rushed, and the massage I got to go with it was awful. Nails looked ok, but they didn't put gel over top of my nails. They chip so easily when you don't paint the gel on tip of nail. Oh well. This isn't going to be my new nail place.

Okay job on my pedicure but I don't think I'll be back here.
