Wanted to try a new groomers close to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Made an appointment more than a week in advance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Filled out and signed a couple of their forms. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They then contacted me the day before asking me if I could come in the next morning instead of the 3:00 pm scheduled time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told them I could not because I work in the morning and was starting early so I could drop my dog off at 3:00 pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After some messaging back and forth, they ended up being able to accommodate us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I dropped off about 20 minutes early, and got a text message when grooming was complete.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lots of open parking stalls when I was there. They are able to take CC with a small service fee. I'm happy with the overall outcome and will be back when it's time again. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and organization at this business.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My dog was staying at the MWR Kennel, which shares the same office. I booked a bath and nail trim for him on the day I was scheduled to pick him up. The appointment notes explicitly stated that he was already at the kennel.The day before his appointment, they texted me asking to bring in his shot records. I replied to let them know that MWR Kennel already had all of his paperwork on file, and they texted back saying, "okay thanks."Despite this, on the day of pickup, they completely forgot to get my dog for his spa appointment. They even had him marked down as a "NO SHOW" in their system! [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I informed them about it, they simply said "oops."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I pointed out that the appointment notes clearly stated he was in the kennel, and they even admitted that the notes were right there. It is completely unacceptable to miss an appointment and blame the customer when all the correct information was provided to them beforehand. read more

Also can confirm that she doesn't like her teeth messed with as well, but she did okay. AND, Olive came out smelling so good and her coat was really soft and fluffy. We got the Bath package and added the Pawsentials . Her ears are clean and her nails are done nicely...so quiet when she walks. Love going here for my doggie to get her nails clipped and glands expressed. They fo take reservations or walk-ins. I usually call beforehand to make sure I can get in for the simple services. They did such a good job with my fur baby! I love his fresh haircut. It was our first time here and he behaved well. He got a bath, haircut, nail trim, and teeth brushed. With all these services it came out to $90 before tip and tax. Price came out below I expected which makes me happy. Staff is friendly. I do like this place, but keeping both of my dogs for 6 Hours plus is a bit too long, especially after an appointment. I will use them again, but I will request that they are groomed on their appointment times -- even if they cannot accommodate them sooner. (Caveats: First visit. And they have a nice play pen for your pets to roam in after their service which is awesome as most places keep the pets in small kennels. My pup always comes out so clean and perfectly cut! I figured I'd try a new place since my normal groomer didn't have availability for months & my pup needed a haircut. Granted they were able to get my dog in pretty quickly. I was absolutely shocked when I came to pick up. My dog looked like a completely different dog. For the price point ($160 not including tip) and the outcome, absolutely will not come back. My dogs hair was all different lengths. They literally botched her. I will admit she had mats & I knew they would have to shave her and I anticipated that. I was told due to her mats they won't be able to accommodate my request of not touching her ears or her tail. They shaved everything off in places she didn't even have mats. She literally looks like a rat now. Will be sticking with my normal groomer. read more

I was referred to Happy Paws 808 by Meagen from the Pearl City Petco store. Took my 7 year old Husky mix to Marina, who was able to accommodate her. Marina and her brother were extremely friendly and professional. They took care of Lexi like she was their own. Lexi obviously enjoyed her grooming session and she wasn't locked in a tiny space, but was able to roam around the store freely while I was there to pick her up. Rated three stars because the prices listed are on the high end. However, they do a great job when it comes to the grooming. I recommend getting an estimate for your pet prior to bringing them to this location. I no longer use them for grooming because I found a better deal however I highly recommend for nail trims. read more

Marina did a really good job on my cavachon who doesn't like getting groomed at all by me. I've had a really hard time with trimming her face and Marina was able to get her looking much better.
