Typically the service has been fine but we've had misunderstandings in the past as well as recent issue. I feel there's not always a clear understanding of the pricing. We've taken our 38lb doodle in the past which to us qualifies her as a medium size dog. We've ended up paying more for her without being told why up front. Don't advertise your prices by size of dog if you aren't going to charge that way. Additionally we just got our small 5lb dog a bath and trim which is face and Fanny (usually is feet face and Fanny at any other groomer). The photo I showed the groomer isn't what I ended up getting. His face was uneven. I called and they told me to bring him in the next day and they would fix it. When I arrived, the head groomer came out and said he'd fix it. 10-15 mins later he comes back, hands me the dog and says "You got a bath and trim not a full hair cut but I fixed it". I was taken back. 1) I obviously know the service I requested 2) the original groomer didn't give me what I asked for with the trim. 3) our dogs hair was unevenly cut which was validated by the woman at the front desk 4) it was just rude. We were talking about our dog's face hair only. Not his body which would have been a full haircut. His comment was just completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service is important, or it should be. We like supporting small, local businesses but when people are rude like this it makes it difficult to want to do so. We've gotten better grooming from PetCo which is sad.

The owner talked about how the ticket only said wash and nails. I could leave the dog there for the rest of the day and they would do it but my dog hadn't really needed it. The owner went on to say that if I wanted to bring my dog back in 3-4 weeks, she would just do just the haircut. 4 weeks later, I set up an appointment for just a haircut, and confirmed it right then and there - just a haircut. Yes, they understood. I then confirmed again when I dropped the dog off. They understood. When I picked them up, they had done a full groom, which looked fine but wasn't what i asked for. The owner implied I had misunderstood, but wouldn't address that she had said I could come back for just a cut, and she would not answer questions about why her staff had agreed repeatedly to just a cut. She just kept saying she didn't understand the confusion, and I had to pay $150 because they had done a full groom. she wasn't even aware of how much they charged for a full groom at first. She discounted 20%. Her response to me saying I wouldn't be bringing her my business anymore was, "That's fine". This business is not registered with the BBB. I recommend you go elsewhere, but get everything in writing if you bring your animal here.

No anxious, drooly drives to and from the groomer's shop. No sitting all day in cages listening to high-powered dryers and barking dogs. Gone are the "additional" vaccines given each time - kennel cough, flu...and every other unnecessary shot. By the time I picked up the dogs they were so stressed and drooling the entire way home. It was such an awful cycle. My dogs are happier, cleaner, healthier...I even peeked into Judy's van and found her singing to my dog and telling him how pretty he was!! Too cute - Judy and her team are the best there is!

I believe she is operating in the Falls Church and McLean areas, but not sure beyond that. I highly recommend her, the price is incredibly reasonable, she is experienced, she loves and cares for the animals and is ALWAYS pleasant to talk to. The mobile unit is BRAND NEW and clean and just amazing! I hope you will support this local business.

Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Highly recommended. ***In the post-grooming photo of my pup, he'd had a recent vet procedure that resulted in a stitch in his forehead and a partially shaved right leg. Most groomers do multiple dogs at once--and your dog sits in a cage in the meantime. Not great. Full stop. If you have a small dog, don't even *think* about going anywhere else! Not only will your furbaby be gorgeously groomed, you will have the peace of mind of knowing he is being cared for by 1) someone who genuinely loves dogs, and 2) is also incredibly talented and experienced. First, I experienced significant difficulty obtaining my dog's prescription. After a week of unsuccessful attempts to have it written and sent, and several unproductive interactions with the front desk, I ultimately had to escalate the matter before it was resolved. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly managed. Second, the hospital's prescription policy creates inconvenience for pet owners. If you choose to fill your pet's medication at an external pharmacy--which is often more affordable--they do not send prescriptions directly. Instead, you are required to pick up a paper copy in person. This adds logistical burden and makes it harder for pet owners to access cost-effective options. Additionally, I was asked to complete a second round of blood work before my dog could be prescribed his medication, despite his lab results having come back normal just a couple of weeks prior. While I understand that safety protocols are important, the request felt excessive given the recent normal results and added additional cost and stress. Overall, these experiences have left me feeling that administrative and clinical policies are not structured with efficiency or client convenience in mind.
