I've been going to to this restaurant for years! I've always gotten the basic chicken dishes such as General Tso, honey chicken, sesame chicken, orange chicken, and sweet and sour. Their portions are very generous; especially when you order a combination plate they definitely don't skimp out. I almost never finish the whole thing in one go. Everything is fresh, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend all of the dishes above. They are my favorite out of all the other Chinese restaurants in my area. Now... as far as the other meats or anything that has vegetables in it, I would not get it from here. They love to skimp out on the meat when you get a dish like beef and broccoli, hunan beef, or schezuan anything. They will overload on vegetables and I'm not exaggerating they will put 4-5 small pieces of thin meat. It's really sad considering those cost the most and you're basically just getting vegetables in sauce. Overall I do recommend this restaurant when eating any of the fried chicken. They do have amazing fried rice, lomein, and shrimp egg rolls as well. Just beware when ordering beef or shrimp or anything with vegetables. read more

This place is cute and incredibly cheap. Lunch specials come with fried or white rice for $5.99. I decided to add on two spring rolls for $2.50. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce and it was very tasty. I'm not sure what kind of meat was in the sauce. I'm guessing it was ground pork. It had the texture of a firm tofu with a greyish color. It could have been grey matter for all I know. All I know is that it did not make me sick, so I'm ok with it. The spring rolls were light even though they were fried, and were filled with greens and shrimp. The interior is a little outdated, but there are lots of places to sit. The lady at the register was quiet but pleasant, and the food was hot, fresh, and came out quickly. read more

The Szechuan Shrimp was amazing. It was spicy just the way I like it. The food was clean & tasty. I was actually surprised at how clean looking the meals were considering Chinese takeout usually looks mess. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price was high & didn't receive that many shrimp (even though we got the biggest size). I was suggest giving your customer more shrimp when spending $8-11 on one meal. Also, add chicken nuggets for the kids. read more

Is affordable and the food is very good. And the portions are huge! I kind of didn't like how they dont allow people, women, men, children (who are not "dining in") to use the public bathroom. I watched as they told a mother with her 2 small children she was not allowed to use their bathroom unless she was planning on eating there.. Wait what? So you turn down two innocent children over some stupid rule? Now, I have seen many places that don't allow people (who are non paying customers) to use their bathrooms. Hell, even if they throw a single penny in the big fish bowl in the front, they spent money. Let them use the gosh darn facility. It could be worse. It could be one of those businesses that you definitely know have at least a bathroom for their employees but tell you they dont have one whatsoever when you ask them where their restroom is. Oh, so you hold your pee and alllllll day throughout the work shifts? Hmm. May I ask, do you use diapers? Evil smirk. This strip mall fixture cooks everything from scratch; no buffet line leftovers here! Don't come here for innovative or distinctive Chinese food. Everything comes in white boxes embellished with red dragons, accompanied by handful of packeted soy sauce, duck sauce and Chinese mustard. But the food is fresh and hot. Table service is available for those who prefer convenience store ambience and fluorescent lighting. But most customers seem to get take-out. The restaurant also delivers. This place is your pretty standard Chinese food place. However, everything is made to order. I really enjoyed how the back was open and you are able to watch them cook your food in woks. They have fresh hot mustard, which I find does not exist in many other Chinese food places. read more

So my family eats here a lot and generally the food itself is good. I just didn't appreciate one instance in which there was confusion over the phone with the daughter about my order. She refused to take it off my tab when I said I didn't want it - saying they would have to throw it away (NOT my problem dear). So I ended up paying for it since my family was waiting. I've ate at so many Chinese take out places I lost track. Here i got the mandarin chicken combination plate with no egg roll and extra rice. Then an additional small white rice. I get home and see hardley any chicken in the box. So I thought well there must be more under the rice...nope. So I end up with 6 small pieces of chicken and I mean small with lots of rice. I'm sorry but every time I have ever ordered this same meal at other take outs, I had so much chicken I didn't know what to do with it! This is the least amount of chicken i ever got from the 22 years of going to chinese take outs. Pretty much a ripp off from my experience. I recommend 7 woks up the street instead. Same or less money and much more food. On a good note this happy wok does have good food, place is clean and service is fast.
