Ordered online last Friday and called to give special instructions on how I would like my food cooked. I was told the store was out of BBQ chicken and that I would get a refund on my order. It's been a week and no refund. I called the store only to be notified that the store had changed own over the weekend and I was to contact corporate. Surprised at the low reviews for this Happy's. We ordered takeout tonight and everything was delicious. We ordered pickup through DoorDash because my parents and I had a DoorDash gift card. We ended up ordering a large mushroom thin crust with parmesan crust, the stuffed cheese bread, and a 1/2 pound of wings with teriyaki sauce. The pizza and cheese bread were both delicious; the cheese bread is probably the best I've had recently, it's more like a stuffed calzone. It came with marinara dipping sauce but it was cold. The wings were nice and crunchy. However, I like it when wings are tossed in sauce, and with this one they just included the sauce on the side. Could be good if you want more than one sauce for your wings though. Overall I'd give Happy's like 4.5/5 stars so I'll round up to 5. Everything we ordered was pretty tasty. read more

The restaurant actually sent these hard as a rock, overcooked, dried out shrimp to my house through Door-dash. It was five minutes to closing so I wasn't able to reorder but thank goodness Leo's Coney Island snd Applebee's are still delivering. read more

RUDE, DIRTY, and SOGGY Ordered for take out here, we got on time there and ask for the order by name, lady half ass acknowledged us , so we stood off to the side and waited. Few moments later a man came out with a large amount of boxes and we went up to politely ask by name again, only to be yelled at. Telling us basically to go sit back down or get the fk out without your food??? ? Anyways we got home and the pizza looked like a mess, undercooked, soggy, and sauce soaking thru the box, greasy, skimpy toppings. Keep in mind that the restaurant is filthy! Stains everywhere, counters greasy with bits of food, and the floor was slippery with half dried pop. So disgusting! Go somewhere else. Or just eat whatever is left in your pantry. Ew. read more

Did not get pizza. We ordered fish and chips, a slab of ribs a burger, some sides and desserts. The food was very good. I appreciate it when fried fish is still crispy when it gets home. Looks like there are problems here. Ordered fish and chips, which used to be good. This time ordered 2 fish where one looked like a ball instead of fish. Turns out it was all bread coating and no fish. So my 2 fish order was really only one. Rather poor quality control or they no longer care about cheating customers. read more

During Lockdown with two picky eaters who were driving me to distraction because they didn't want to eat ANYTHING from the freezer full of food, I broke down and ordered two pizzas and a chicken Greek salad from Happy's. My boys are picky eaters and I gave a list of do this and don't do that for each small pizza (one for each kid). With the kids screaming in the background and during quarantine I was definitely a mom under stress! The young man on the phone was so nice, patient and explained they were taking every precaution and could tell I was having a difficult night w the kids. Not only did the pizza arrive in less than 30 minutes, the driver also followed instruction to ring bell and leave on table on porch! He also waited in driveway to make sure we heard the bell! The pizza was was delicious and they followed my picky eaters' directive exactly, the salad was beautifully made and he threw in a chocolate chip cookie for the boys and I! Complete kindness and compassion during these difficult times for one overwhelmed mama! Definitely ordering from them again and again!! We usually order a couple times a month from this location. Everything is always done correctly and in a timely manner. We've never had and food that is incorrectly prepared or not what we ordered. Pizzas are always good, big fan of the Buffalo chicken with red onions. BBQ chicken is also really good. Breadsticks are good, both regular and cheese bread. My girls like the thin crust pizzas and Greek salads. The only thing we've had that I wasn't a fan of was the chicken wings. Not sure if I just got a bad batch or what. But they tasted almost soggy, and I like my wings skin to have a little crisp to it. I did not get that, we had bbq wings and I thought they were very underwhelming. They didn't have a lot of sauce on them either for how chewy and wet the meat tasted. Obviously it did not keep us from ordering from here as we come back often. But that has been my experience here. Overall if I could I'd go 3 1/2 stars if I could. read more

Great pizza, 3 cheese bread, ribs, chicken tenders and ranch! Best thin crust around, which is hard to find. Trust me, try the ribs! Even from a pizza place and that BBQ sauce makes it the best. Do NOT order online here. I have ordered online twice and both times I've ordered, they didn't have something. They did call me and alert me and said I would be reimbursed within 5 days the first time. I never was and i called a couple of times and was told the same thing. I never received my refund. That happened a few months ago. so, I thought, I will give them another chance. I ordered and of course, like before, I got a phone call saying they didn't have something. As the person was getting ready to hang up, I asked about getting my refund, and then I was told to call corporate. I asked why they couldn't cancel the transaction and was told that they don't do that. This is an absolutely devious practice! They don't tell you how to even try to get your refund, and them you, the customer has to go through hoops. this is the only retail establishment that I've been to where I have to initiate my refund. They will never get another order from me and I will make sure everyone I know quits ordering from there! read more

Happys catered my retirement party last weekend. First of all they were an hour and a half late. After numerous phone calls they finally got there to deliver it. They forgot the bread sticks that were already paid for... They brought a small pan of Mostaccioli that was maybe enough for 10 people instead of the 50 people that it was supposed to feed. They said because of all the problems they would give us a 25% discount and credit the credit card that was used to prepay the catering. never happened. We will never order from Happys again and we will tell everybody we know not to order from them! **Update as of 2/27/19: still no response from anyone at happy's regarding our terrible experience. read more

The food is ok (a little greasy)but is sad that due to a rude customer service we will not order there anymore. YUM! Best pizza in the area. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with Parmesan garlic crust and were very satisfied. It was enough to satisfy three hungry adults and tasted really good to boot. Cheese was the right amount of melty and not hard and the dough was soft and fresh. We had a side of ten bone-in wings which were also small and very deep fried but tasty. I went in to pick-up my first Happy's Pizza order after hearing raves about their product. We had ordered a large ham and mushroom Pizza. I got it home anticipating the one of best pizzas only to find a truly mediocre pie and luke warm to boot. Well I thought it had to be a fluke, so we tried again, this time a perch dinner for me and a half-slab of ribs dinner for my wife. Well it was the same as the first meal, just okay ribs and "spicy cajun" perch? Well the perch special coupon didn't say cajun in the description but I didn't care for it. The same person took my cash went into the back without washing hands to cook my order. Very disappointed and disgusted. The management is very rude and unhelpful. My fiancé and I live literally 0.2MI from the store. Our house is within 200 footsteps from this location. Delivery personal are rude and unprofessional, and management always makes excuses as to why it takes over an hour to deliver a simple order every time. I do not recommend this location - period. Update - a week after we refused to give Happy's our business any longer, we receive a voicemail from the supposed owner, whose name is Ryan, who says he wants to make it right. Mind you, we were buying food here every day after work and live kitty-corner to the shop. He makes it right by getting the order to us in 35 minutes yesterday. He tells us he fired a delivery driver who threatened us, and the nighttime manager as well. Today we order food again, and it takes an hour for food to get here. When I asked the driver why the food took an hour again, he told me it was because the owner put a note on our file saying the threatening delivery driver isn't allowed over here. Really. The one he told my fiancé was fired. Lies lies lies. Whoever actually owns this franchise, I hope you take notice at how much business you're losing. This is absolutely unacceptable. This Happy's WAS great. Now, not so much. Last time we ordered there, the delivery driver walked off with our change and insisted that he did not (We certainly were not tipping $16 on a $24 pizza). The manager was not helpful. We decided to give this location another try after about 6 months and our pizza took 2 hours to arrive. We called after an hour and a half and we were told our driver had left 45 minutes earlier. When he arrived, the pizza had been in his car for over an hour. I have two words for you : Savy Sliders. Just tried these the other day and epic doesn't even begin to describe them. On top of it - the delivery was so fast the food was still burning hot when it arrived. The cheese bread tasted like a slice of heaven and the ranch was delicious!!! First time here and won't be returning. Poor customer service alone is enough for me. I ordered the shrimp meal. I specifically told her, "I want the 6 piece colossal shrimp meal or dinner what every they call it". Mind you she was answering other lines in the middle of me ordering. This meal is 10.99. Comes with shrimp, breadsticks and coleslaw and I was going to split it with my kid. I get there to eat inside and it's just a box with only 6 shrimp nothing else for 9.99. I ask her shouldn't it come with sides. Very abruptly she says that not what you ordered. I'm sure she didn't hear me while she was on the other line. At that point I was like whatever so my kid had like no food. She could have just said, no problem that will be $1.00 more, we'll get it ready for you. Wasn't handled professionally. Absolute worst customer service from the manager. We called to order pizza, breadsticks and a 2 liter, we were told 45 minutes for delivery in which we agreed. An hour and 15 minutes later still no pizza, so my husband called and asked what was taking so long, the manager supposedly called the driver who said he was pulling in now and he would give us 15% off our next order. We then wait another 15 minutes (obviously the guy wasn't pulling in as stated before) I then hear a knock on the door, the delivery guy is there with HALF, yep I said half of our order and was apologizing saying he was sent out on a triple delivery blah blah blah and that he would return with the rest of our order. I decided to call the manager back, I start to tell him the about the order just now arriving when he said the guy was pulling in 15 minutes ago and that our pizza was COLD and that we were missing part of our order, he rudely interrupted me and said "I already told your husband I would give you 15% off your next order". I could not believe the nerve of a manager. Needless to say at this point I had enough and I basically told him off about his horrible management skills and to shove his $1.50 discount you know where on my next order since there will never be a next order. read more

Ran into the owner of this Happy's Pizza last week. Talked to him about my gluten issues. Last week he made me the first ever gluten free pizza from Happys PizzaCorp. It was outstanding.
