The restaurant actually sent these hard as a rock, overcooked, dried out shrimp to my house through Door-dash. It was five minutes to closing so I wasn't able to reorder but thank goodness Leo's Coney Island snd Applebee's are still delivering.

We paid extra for well done.

My husbands fish and shrimp came out great. However we were charged extra for well done pizza. This pizza isn't well done and is barely cut. If we order again it'll be for the fish only.

This salad was so beautiful in its container it made it easy to transfer to bowl!

The place is huge: dining rooms, private room, large bar area with many TVs, a stage and dance floor area, plus an outdoor patio which is enclosed for all year round use. It is usually very busy and therefore very loud especially in the bar/TV area. The menu has lots of options including for restricted diet which I appreciate being gluten free. The portions are large, you get your money's worth, even if the food itself is not super imaginative. The salads are my favorite, and are large enough to share. The Chop salad with steak and shrimp is very filling. The Greek with chicken actually comes with a good amount of toppings, not just a single beet or pepperoncini pepper on top. The service is always great and staff is friendly and accommodating. Splitting bills even for a large group is not an issue. If you're there on a weekend night for the live music, the dance floor area can get packed. The crowd and vibe depends on which band and music genre is playing. Overall it's usually a good night out, not a lot of places where you can get dinner and dance in the same location.

When our food arrived, we were both surprised at the amount of breading on the chicken and the thick sauce. Although the flavor of the dish was good, it was much heavier than we expected. I ordered the petite baked potatoes and my friend got mashed potatoes. I preferred her mashed over the baked. The green beans were fresh and yummy. Overall a fine experience, but nothing to write home about.

I usually get the burger with blue cheese crumbles, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese and sautéed mushrooms and onions medium well, not pink or very little pink. The place is small for the crowd it draws so don't expect it to be quiet cuz it never is. That's my only gripe is it's butts to elbows but other than that the space is a typical bar and the food is on the moderate scale for bar food but for sure worth what you're paying. The service is standard just make sure to ask for all the sides at once instead of sending the wait staff back for extra ranch or ketchup, etc. it can take a long time. But if you're looking for a good local watering hole with bomb digity food, this is the place to go.

It is obvious that there has been an owner change, I'm told an attorney now owns it. The Mug burger was $8.75 for years, then about a year ago it went to $9.25. Now in the last week the cost is $11.00. Not a great deal anymore. Today will be the last time I go to the Copper Mug and let me explain. Normally, the Mug is packed for the lunch special between 11am and 2pm, but not today. I ordered the Mug burger special was always, I stressed I wanted it medium rare. Because there was vertually no one in the place my order was next, so my normal wait time of 30 to 45 minutes should be unnecessary. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes and the cook brought my order over, I thanked her and asked if it was medium rare to which she replied yes. To my astonishment, the burger was well done and the fries were ice cold! Not what I was expecting at all. When I got my bill, I explained the issue to provide feedback for the establishment. My server then picked up the tab and apologized for my experience. Just as I am getting ready to leave, my server approached me and explained that whenever there's a complaint they needed to call the owner. The owner instructed that I needed to pay them the old price of $9.25. I was floored! I paid, and explained that I nor any other people that I recommended to Copper Mug to over the years will ever set foot here again. I hope the owner is a better attorney than he is being a pub owner! Goodbye forever.

Upon arrival I observed it was attached to a Happy Pizza and was discouraged but tried to keep a positive outlook because I was STARVING. Here is the Good the bad and Ugly The bad: the picture below (1 slider, 2 tenders and fries) was $20. I think it was $18 before tip. The Ugly: The tenders were not even edible and were so small and grease soaked I am not sure what was going on. It looked like parts that fell off at a fish fry. They were so gross I couldn't even stomach to finish them. The burger was TINY! Yes I know it was a slider but it was so much smaller than I had even expected and the quality was just as bad. The bacon that came on it was undercooked and I couldn't even chew it. I pulled it off. No ketchup or mustard option on the website but even that wouldn't have made it better. I got the fries with Cajun seasoning. It looks like they just opened the seasoning and dumped it on there with no f's given. The Good: My fries were hot and good. After I shook the box to spread out the Cajun seasoning they were good. Not only would I never return, I live by the really big nice Savvy Sliders in Farmington but I will NEVER try it because I can't imagine a world in which this food is edible. White Castle has better sliders.
