Jet's is always a treat for me - it's pricey so I don't usually order it; however, they're currently doing $9.99 one-topping deep dish pizzas as an anniversary special. My parents picked up a mushroom deep dish for us today. We ordered the Turbo crust which was great - butter, garlic, and parmesan. The pizza was HUGE and 8 slices definitely would've been enough for 4 people. My only complaint (and it's small) is that they used canned mushrooms - a normal-priced 8-square Jet's pizza is $15.99, so they definitely could afford to use fresh mushrooms if they wanted. I also wish the sauce was a little sweeter like Buddy's. Buddy's is still my favorite but this was pretty tasty. read more

I usually don't leave reviews for chain restaurants but I felt the need to give this location recognition. I ordered online and when I arrived, I was told that the order was not in the system for some reason. The worker was very apologetic and offered the meal for free (over 20 dollars) but I told him it was already paid for and not necessary. They made the order at that time and it only took around 10 minutes. As it turns out, they still went out of their way to refund me for the whole order. I really appreciate the gesture. Jet's in general is great. I've ordered from this location several times and the pizza is always on point. read more

Hands down my favorite pizza. All I have to say is Detroit-style deep dish and I'm drooling. Coming from California when thin crust was a thing... well thin crust and I broke up. I love my Detroit-style deep dish. I'm also a huge fan of the new cauliflower crust pizza too. My typical order, which is now weekly, consists of one large Detroit-style deep dish with garlic crust and tons of veggies and one cauliflower pizza with butter crust with olives and mushrooms. This has been my weekly delivery order since the stay at home orders. Jet makes it easy to order delivery too. I always opt for the contactless delivery method to allow the driver to leave everything at the door. I'm guessing this place was review bombed for some reason, so here's an honest review. I've ordered from this location multiple times and have rarely been disappointed. Simply put, they do deep-dish right. Of course, mistakes happen, but management is pretty reasonable with fixing issues. Whenever I walk in, the staff have always been communicating with one another, which is always a good sign. Speaking of staffing, they always seem to have a good amount of staff, which us usually translates to good quality of service. Overall would highly recommend, especially if ordering in bulk. read more

While waiting in the car for my wife to get our pizza I could not help but notice the prep cooks not wearing food service gloves whole preparing the food. This should be regular practice at any restaurant. I know where I work we have five commercial restaurants and every person who comes in contact with product is required to wear them. This is the most disturbing Jet's, Ordered 2 pizzas sent them out with a wrong customer, as I walked in the girl at the register could not find my food. The customer came in asking if I was Joe, stated that my pizzas looked good. Obviously opening up the boxes and checking them out. Long story short they wanted to charge me and not making new ones for me and family, Thankfully I was there or would have put them in a warmer and served me them. The pizza is ok. The staff always seems pleasant. The problem is with their website pricing. 12.74 is a hot deal for a large 1 topping? You cant see the price until you've added it to your order. It seems like there is always some shady pricing going on and you have to really pay attention or you are going to be surprised when you have to open your wallet. read more
