Been a customer for years. Food is ok, but usually their delivery is ok too. Tonight after nearly two hours, all I get is rude service and "it's already out the door" when I canceled. I started going here even it is little far and that tells it's better As I was a new customer, they tried to call and confirm the order which I missed as I was driving. They even left a voice Mail. Happys is one of my favorite pizza places, and it's not so much that they have the best pizza but that they have the best selection when it comes to a pizza joint. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is good, fluffy crust and delicious marinara, you can't go wrong but you can definitely find better. For me, I usually like to order a variety of foods and eat a little of each so a small pizza and one of their many combos will hit the spot. Chicken and shrimp is my go to. Happy's has 'old school' pizza that tastes like homemade. Even though it's honestly not my go to spot for pizza I've got to say I've never been disappointed in their pies. I mentioned this first just because pizza is their main offering. That said, Happy's IS my go to for fried catfish and shrimp. Their fried chicken is much better than the last chicken shack chicken we had (review on that later ugh) and their wing dings are good as well! We just got a carryout of Fried Chicken from Happy's. I have to say that it was some of the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. It was hot, crispy, and delicious. On top of that, they were big pieces of chicken, not the pigeon size that KFC serves. I got the dinner ,which came with some very good crinkle cut fries and bread sticks. I normally don't like breads ticks, but one again I was surprised. They were large, soft, and tasty. The staff was also very friendly and speedy. Less than 20 minutes. okay first off, the food is not bad, however, the issue is the service and the way the staff goes about the daily tasks. i ordered online 10/3/23, at around 5:40, they said now-25 min for pickup, i arrived at 6:10 to pickup the 2 calzones i ordered, however, once i arrived it was not ready, infact, it wasn't even in the oven. he told me that since i placed it online, they wouldn't start it till i arrive for what they SAID was PICKUP, not wait 30 minutes for food. secondly, they charged me FIVE DOLLARS for garlic in my calzone, yep, you aren't hallucinating, $5 for literal garlic. Not to mention how rude the staff was and the dirtiness's of the lobby, trash bags filled with dirty clothes on the floor, paper trash scattered thoughout, although the foods good, i wont be coming back with my hard earned money to this establishment. plenty of other options in the area that are far better experience wise. read more

A couple buddies and I just ate here. Mark and marvin were awesome! Treated us great, hot and good food. I had the dark wings, dry rub lemon pepper and cajun. They were crispy and hot. Buddy had a catfish po boy and shrimp po boy. He ordered a shrimp po boy. Was brought a catfish po boy by mistake. Marvin noticed the mistake before he had it and told him his shrimp po boy was on the way and to enjoy the catfish while he waited. Bread was great. Will definitely be back . This is our office 'go to' for lunch. We discovered Happy's during the pandemic - they were one of the few places delivering. They are now a mainstay and we order from them often. Their lunch specials are delicious. My coworkers like the subs and individual pizzas. I'm sold on the hand cut chicken tenders. My only complaints are 1) they don't salt the fries and 2) they got rid of the rib tip lunch (the one time I tried them, they were sinfully good). They've also raised the prices of their lunch specials a few bucks since we started ordering from them. But, food prices are on the rise so I get it. We also like the heavy corrugated delivery boxes. They keep the food hot! My daughter recently tried them for dinner and she raved about the shrimp. The food is very good. The service is friendly and fast. I ordered a pound of wings from Happy's. Got them home and it was ten wings. I weighed them w/o the box, it was 9 ounces, a pound is 16. I called them and they claim to have weighed ten and got a pound. They said my scale was off. See the pics, I weighed a three pound weight and it was 47.77 or 48 ounces equals 3 pounds. Hey Happy's my scale isn't off and you lost a customer. They are ripping off customers. Happy's owes me at least 7 wings. Oh, I was charged $9.99 for ten wings. read more

We stopped by yesterday for a carryout. We ordered their new chicken sandwich and the fried chicken. The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. It was only a short drive home and the smell of the chicken made me want to pull over and dig right in. The fried chicken was still steaming hot and delicious. Just opened up in my area and thought I try it out. I ordered a large square deep dish 3 topping pizza and I swear it was better than all of the competition! It was hot, crispy edges, flavorful, and fresh! We also ordered the happy wings...I recommend the honey BBQ and sweet chili , the flavor was on point!
