It wasn't waterproof so everything I put underneath was yuck. I hired him and OMG! It is beautiful. It is a waterproof deck with locking storage and shelves underneath, a gate and stairs to my home. I have had so many people walk by and tell me they thought it was great. Several asked for his number. Because of his work I had him do skirting and I'm asking him to do more. The cuts are precise. Angles good. He chose wood and placed it so the grain would show in an artistic way. He shows up even when I'm not there and works. The value is exceptional and rates are good.
