When we returned at approximately 10:30 AM, we were told that the owner had just left. The supervisor then showed us, on his phone, a screenshot from the security camera footage clearly showing the vehicle prior to entering the car wash tunnel, without any windshield damage. The supervisor subsequently contacted the owner and informed us that he would be on-site on Saturday, May 2, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, at which time we would be able to review the full security footage together. For the record, the vehicle was delivered to your facility without any windshield damage, and the damage was identified immediately after the service was completed. The facility was clean, and every piece of equipment I used worked exactly as it should--the high-pressure washer, foam gun, body brush, and wheel brush. The amount of foam from both the foam gun and wheel brush was exceptionally generous, which made the wash much more effective and satisfying. Another feature I really appreciated was the pay-as-you-go timer. Instead of purchasing a fixed amount of time and racing against a countdown, the timer counts up. You simply press Start, wash at your own pace, and press Stop when you're finished. I started and stopped the timer twice, paying only for the time I actually used.
