I understand that not every employee will know how to process every type of transaction, but good customer service means making an effort to help the customer or finding someone who can. The GS flooring company I would not recommend but that's the only flooring company Home Depot uses. So unfortunately now you're stuck they've got your money and you have no recourse at this point.
