She called when it was ready. When I went to pick it up another coworker that has started his shift helped me. There was some confusion on if my credit card was run but it got sorted out. Witnessed a customer after me being given very poor advice on what product to use. Sad, but common these days. Both aspects are common for JC Licht stores in my experience over the decades. Were they not the only brick and mortar source for the product I wanted, or if I needed advice, I would avoid them.
