Where it really started to miss was the overall approach. A lot of "the chef intends this..." type explanations. It ends up feeling like the food insists upon itself instead of just letting you enjoy it. That's the bigger issue. This place exists in a space where I don't think most people want to meet it. Zoeller. The big box store may or may not have that brand because they have huge national purchasing programs where oftentimes price rules the choice. While you can save a nickel or two at the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes, when you really need a particular item or service you will often find it at the Ace ... and isn't that their ditty "Ace is the Place"? Besides carrying the usual hardware items, the Whitmore Ace will repair and tune up your Stihl power equipment, R&R your patio screens, and perform other similar services that you could not have done at the big boxes.
