At no point will you be contacted by anyone on their team if an issue arises. Don't trust this store with your money. I was told that this was an unfortunate situation and when I asked if I could speak with a store manager I was told there were no guarantees and no way to follow up on if the store manager was notified of my case. The situation regarding the failure to deliver the item is one thing, but the lack of communication and lies week over week is ridiculous. I was eventually able to reach Lowe's corporate support and they said the best they could do is send a $15 gift card. I thought they would simply replace the door. I paid the $40 and measuring took less than 10 minutes after which I was informed that they would only do the work if I agreed to have them replace the entire door frame. The door was listed for $199 but the whole job would cost $800+. I declined and of course forfeited my $40. What a scam. I'm curious how many 10 minute long jobs they do for $40 each day and then hand the consumer a price no one would pay. I will not be asking them for help ever again.

I walked up to this poor girl two minutes before her replacement said she could go on break after helping me. Her device was not cooperating so it took longer and eventually got passed to another person who walked me over to find what I was looking for. We couldn't find it so he asked me to show him on my phone so he could pull it up on his device. Turns out it was up in the high racks because they were REALLY out of season. He was so nice though and said it would take about 10-15 minutes. I was in no hurry so I waited. I sat on the display patio seating and I guess he didn't see me but was asking around for me. I got up to go over and had a laugh about thinking he lost me or that I had left. Then 3 other customer service reps had asked me if I had help or needed help while I stood to wait. Note to self: stand around and someone will ask you if you need help I saw a guy lugging a 40lb bag down to the register and I was like oh man.. why didn't he get a cart because it looked heavy for him. He seems tired and handed it over and walked away. I checked out with another man and then carried it on my shoulder to my car. Luckily I didn't park too far. As a woman and trying to handle the situation, because of Jim's heart attack, has not gone very well. I have been talked to like I was stupid, huge mistake by them and then laughed in my face by the Vice President of the company Steve. They are not sure, but believe that the windows are missing felt. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get felt stripping in. I did tell him that I could get it quicker from Amazon, he laughed in my face and told me atinotes were not going to get me any where. Well, I can tell you this, they may not, but this story can. Like Jimmy said, he thinks he is not expendable and news flash you are. The big box stores eating at your door step and this how you treat people???? How many more Lowes and Menerards until you are gone?? Try and help the little guy out and this is how you get treated.
