Terrible when u get a free thing at the store like a scissor they need all your phone numbers that bullshit and just stop waisting people time it a long line. Employees are rude and disorganized they will have 6 employees up at the cash registers but they just chat to each other instead of helping the customers check out. Not worth it to save just a few bucks vs other stores. read more

I spoke to a young woman on the phone and asked her to check two item numbers to see if they were in stock. She said they were in stock. She asked if I would like to have her hold them for me. I said I would return the afternoon on the following day to pick them up and I gave her my name. When I went to the store to pick-up the items, a somewhat gruff male employee told me that since I had not picked my bottle jack in the morning, it was put back on the shelf. When I asked about my other item, he directed me to section where the batteries were stocked, but the item I requested wasn't even stocked!!! I asked a young woman about the 18V lithium battery and she acted like she didn't even understand what I wanted. Terrible service. Avoid this location. Customer service is non exist at this place. Cashier Maria was very rude and unprofessional when I returned a defective item (around $15 value). Also they may think you are a crook. You will be asked to hand them your ID (Driver's License), home address, phone number and these information be recorded into their system when you return any item. read more

Went in looking for a rotary tool, the shelves were poorly stocked ( meaning jumbled ) and it was a little hard to find the tool I wanted, but I finally did. It was at a good price, and I really didn't expect much out of the place, so my standards were not high. The parking is great, right in front and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Never been to this store. Needed a few items. Don't know why they need all your information. Now I see their coupons all over the place for free items when you purchase something. That being said, we forgot the coupon because we didn't plan on stopping here in the first place. I asked the cashier re the coupon and she said that we needed to have it if we wanted the item (the item was something cheap and it wasn't something we needed anyways - which wasn't the point). The line was long and they only had 1 person working so it was extremely slow. Not impressed for my first time here. read more

I'm a regular customer at this Harbor Freight location. They have a good inventory, and I'm always able to find the item in stock. As busy as they are, they never seem to have enough cash registers open. The 8 out 10 times I've been here, there would be a long line of customers, but only 1 cashier open. Oh well... read more

l've shop at this location over the years and the workers are usually friendly and helpful but for one short & overweight Spanish girl that's not. She's rude when dealing with customers in every aspect, her whole mannerism should not be dealing with people, but rather stocking items would fit her better. They have a little bit of everything for the mechanically inclined DIY person. From little hand tools to pneumatic tools, they have it. Prices are great too. It is a smaller store compared to some of their other locations but you can still spend hours coming up with new projects just to justify to yourself you need that thingamajig. read more

Their discount adds drew me in to their store today, 1/25/2015 and I purchased a few items. When I returned one of the items I was met w/ a disrespectful and rude yong male cashier. He gave me an attitude for no reason in questioning me on the reason why i returned the item. Out of curiousity I Yelp to see if this is the norm for his store in poor customer service. Sure einough it is. Other reviewers aslo mentioned the management at this store aslo had the same attitude. How sad !!! Well, as close as my house is to this HF store I won't return to do business w/ them. The closest tool store to my house is Home Depot and Lowes; their tools are a bit more expensive but I am willing to pay to receive the courtersey that they provide for the customers. read more

Recently bought a small air compressor to keep in my truck, for topping off my tires, bike tires, & rugby balls. The air line on my previous one had broken, so I just bought a new one instead of trying to fix it. The Harbor Freight pump was not a great quality item & leaked air from the fitting, so I returned it. However, one of the employees named Michael was extremely helpful. After some discussion, he determined that the broken air line on my "Masterflow" pump from Pep Boys could be easily fixed, & in fact fixed it in about 15 seconds. Michael started by noticing me browsing the aisles, asked if he could help, then proceeded to troubleshoot & solve my problem. He clearly had a wide range of knowledge regarding store products & was very professional, so I hope management sees this post. I know that some of the items Harbor Freight carries may not be top-of-the-line, but this is the first time I was unhappy with a purchase there. They do have a lot of great stuff, with good prices & I will definitely be back thanks to the customer service. read more
