Imagine waking up to your masonry dividing wall leaning precariously into your neighbor's yard. Call your contractor and spend $20,000 to have it replaced? Or, look for other possible solutions?   Utilizing a proven method of wall stabilization found in historic masonry and brick buildings, Jessica and her Team were able to keep the wall from falling over and began the gradual process of straightening. Although not an immediate fix, the wall will be brought back to it's original position for a fraction of the cost in a short period of time.   Using turnbuckles, shackles and cables to connect earth anchors to the masonry stars, the wall is gradually pulled back into position inch by inch. This process allows the ground underneath to conform and support the structure without destroying the wall. They have everything you could need when it comes to hardware parts that are hard to find. I would give them 5 stars, but their hours close at 5pm, which makes it hard to always get to during the week. I went here to get a second/missing screw for my boyfriends '72 Yamaha motorcycle. It was to hold the battery in place. I brought one in, and the employee at the counter knew exactly what to get. He was so great! Customer service was exactly as it should be at a specialized store. Great place for some hard to find hardware and tools. It has the old supply store feel and is a functional place. It's not an ACE or Orchard so don't expect that in anyway. As you can tell by their business hours they cater towards contractors and construction related clientele. Most of their staff is very knowledgeable and when you get one they are great. But the ones that are not are either running back to find out the answer or a few that just blow steam. Customer service is a hit or miss every visit. You'll either get someone that's so helpful or a dismissive/blank stare. It's definitely a business that you have to know what you're looking for or you'll be given lesser service. But the register people are strait forward and only have one sole function...ring the item up and...that's about it so don't ask or expect anymore than that. This place saved my life from a world of pain and saved me over 100 dollars if I had bought a new mirror ( thanks a lot Honda) I was kindly greeted by every staff member even though they were super busy. My motorcycle mirror bolt was broken ( couldn't loosen or tighten it ) and I couldn't screw it out since it was at an angle. Leo is the man tho! He had to cut/saw it off. WOW! I am completely blown away. I went in here for the first time today because I was looking for a rare bolt. They did not have it but what they had was much much better. They had employees that knew their sh*t and are willing to help you. They personally helped me build the bolt from parts they had. So now instead of paying 50 bucks for a proprietary bolt. I spent 10 and found the hardware store that will have my business for the rest of my life. I have been to other "mom and pop" hardware stores but the quality of this store is unparalleled. They have much more in terms of hardware than the big chains do. All the employees I dealt with were pleasant and helpful, I don't know what they do (maybe they pay them well?) but I do know this: I would be proud to be an employee here.
