Completed the work with great efficiency and accuracy within minutes. Excellent quality, speed and value, the magic combination. Couldn't have asked for more. I wanted the team to quote me on new scope while they were there but they couldn't because they were fully booked for another appointment which is perfectly understandable. So tip for customers is to make sure the scope is solid before the appointment. When I contacted customer service, I was told that because it had been over a year since my purchase, they couldn't take any action. Their only suggestion was that I buy a separate fabric-care tool (a Gleener) to manage the shedding myself -- which feels like being asked to pay to fix a product defect. For the price of this rug, I expected both a quality product and quality service. I received neither. I will not be shopping with Rejuvenation again and would caution others to think twice before purchasing their rugs.

Only issue with the company is I sent in 1 request with 2 repairs including pictures. The quote was pretty high for (1) connecting a hall LED light that was already purchased and (2) changing a motion detection light switch to a normal flip switch (which I did not have the parts for). When the technician arrived, he informed me that the quoted price $350 was for only one of the items. He wasn't aware of the additional repair and would normally have to charge me $175 but would give me a discount and only charge $125. So a total of $475 for less than an hours work. I'm buying a new home that needs a new breaker box, canned lights and additional plugs installed. I can't give them that work because I can't imagine what charges/up-charges I'd be looking at! Yikes!
