To start, Yes this is about the East End Parking lot in Hyannis. Everything written here is most certainly accurate and I have many photos dating back to when I first started parking here and had to move a broken wooden chair to get into a space. The car (which they have attempted to deny exists) mentioned below is still there today long after the original review was made, to no surprise. I will also include a photo of the rabbit living under the car to show the amount of foliage that has grown in the time the car has been parked. I should have assumed lying and then removing my google review to save face would be on the table with all the other poor business practices I have seen them utilize, like raising their prices during tourist season. This review is to ensure people park at their own risk, just like their sign says! Warning to anyone that parks here! This is a hotspot for many of the homeless of Hyannis. They set up chairs at night and leave lots of garbage, and for a time, smashed glass in the roadside entrance that the owners never properly cleaned. There is no attendant watching the lot, which according to older google reviews has been going on for a few years now. Or anyone monitoring the surveillance footage for that matter. For anyone parked near the sidewalk, the landscapers do not care about any of the cars in the lot. Which means sticks, garbage, plastic, broken glass, rocks and chunks of asphalt will pelt your cars windshields, windows and paint. The very patchy dead grass and dirt environment is matched by an abandoned car with a flat tire and a cracked windshield that has been in the lot for almost a whole year now! Everything is within a short walking distance. The ticketing & bag check counters are there as you enter the main door. Turn left and it's a short distance to car rental desks. Turn right and you walk past the Island Grill and, then, the TSA screening area. Very compact. No shuttles, long walks to the gates, crowded TSA screening lines. Thus, the usual two-hours prior to domestic flights boarding times advice can be modified to about one hour. The major downside of sorts for those used to big metro area airports is the airport's schedules. The car rental counters close at six pm or earlier. (I couldn't find options for after hours car pickup although after hours returns are possible. Check with the airport's rental counters directly before booking online.) Airline ticket counters might closed except for about an hour or two before boarding. No continuous round the clock bustling. The airport accommodations are limited. Except for the Island Grill, vending machines are the only other food & beverage options. Plenty of seats for waiting.

There are many complaints filed with the state Attorney Generals office, BBB and social media about these retailers. These are generally seasonal retailers that lease during Xmas. They sell way overpriced skincare and other beauty products. The products are worthless but their super pushy, scam artist sales people target older women, often charging women well over $6000 for products that are no better than a $10 bottle of skin lotion at CVS. These salespeople push samples into the hands of people walking by and try to persuade them to come in the store. Some of the names of these retailers in the past were Vine Vera and Truffiorre ( 2 different skin products own by Mazal Group). The most recent store I saw in the mall that is either owned by the same company or an affiliate is a place called the Sea Spa. They also have pushy sales reps hanging outside the store waiting to pounce on vulnerable women. They take advantage of people. The mall knows what these businesses are all about but doesn't seem to care. If they cared, they wouldn't keep leasing to them and allowing their sales people to roam outside the store, physically approaching innocent people passing by. Does this mall even have a manager? It's disgusting.

Took 6 weeks for a couple to come and do these. Some sculptures were 3 ton of sand , some were 5 and one was 15ton! It was special and brought in from New Hampshire. Cuffy's on RT 28 had three inside their place of business so you could really see them up close. Each business designed and paid for them. Dunkin doughnuts ofcourse was a cup of coffee with his hand around a doughnut! After the sculpture is finished they take elmers glue and water and spray the entire surface to keep the sculptures intact.

The library itself looks historic & matches the area well. There are parking stalls along the right side of the building. Once inside the library you will see rich wood everywhere! Four computers with a printer available at 15 cents a sheet. The staff and the patrons were so kind and helpful. Comfortable seating to relax and read. The grandfather clock also sets this library apart. It does announce the time and shows itself off. If you need something printed this is the library that is worth a quick stop. GO RED SOX!!!!
