It had been a while since I had had a cleaning so my gums were sore when I left but that was my own fault. They did a great job following COVID protocol. Upon arrival there's a number on the front door to call to check in. They went ahead and let me in the building and promptly took me back to see the dental hygienist. The first time I went to Kreeb it was because a crown fell off and I was scheduled to go out of the country the following day. They were awesome and fit me in immediately and fixed it with no difficulty. After having such a great service I decided that I would make them my regular dentist. It's a little bit of a drive for me but he's a dentist I trust so I will drive the extra miles to see someone I'm comfortable with. It's a husband a wife duo that run the show. I've only seen the husband and he's been great every time he's worked on me. I will continue to come to this practice as they have been nothing but wonderful to me.

Quality was never great and always trying to recommend you to overpriced out of network specialists. Read the other reviews over the years. Now you must sign a waiver saying if they cause irreparable harm doing a routine cleaning you have no recourse. Without waiving all rights they will not perform cleaning. The waiver is also digital so no exceptions to specific excessive points can be taken. This on top of other quality concerns has me looking for a new provider. I've been wanting a new provider for the last two or three years but haven't gone through the effort. Mostly out of inconvenience of finding a new dentist for twice a year cleaning. Waiver was the final straw.

We are now on our third provider in just over 2 years of being patients here . At our June cleanings the new provider came in and told me my 13 year old had a "bunch of baby teeth". He hadn't even had his xrays done yet. They were looking at old xrays. That concerned me. At that appointment I was told both of my kids needed fillings. I schedule 2 appointments for today. One was scheduled for 830 am and one for 915 am. When I came in today at 830 I was made aware that only the 915 had been scheduled and not the 830. I was not offered an apology , or explanation. I was simply told I could reschedule them both for another day ( another entire month out) or come back for the 915. I chose, reluctantly to reschedule them both and be put on the cancelation list rather than wait 45 mins About 10 mins after I left someone from the office called me and asked if I would come back for the 915 appointment- after already rescheduling . Luckily within that time frame I called NC tooth docs across the street ( whom we have used for orthodontics) and they were able to get us scheduled for a sooner appointment. Due to high turnover, poor customer service and lacking standard of care we will no longer be going to this office, and I would no longer recommended. NC tooth docs is just as close, accepts the same insurance , and in my opinion has better a customer service and higher standard of care.

Receptionist has an…read moreefficient manner and if you can't get a hold of her she will try her best to keep your appointments organized but I think they have many patients 2 facilities and are a little overwhelmed sometimes. Front office manner can be warm or cold depending on mood? and this place does not take insurance so be prepared to have big bucks on hand at check out or else. They kind of let the ball drop on one of my children's cavities which resulted in him having his tooth removed. They caught it and then didn't recheck it for almost a year although I called and left concerned messages about it, by that time the cavity was quite deep. They filled it but after It continue to cause us trouble for months, upon an x-ray at another location found the cavity still existed underneath the filling. Thankfully was a baby tooth. I do love that they do safe Amalgam removal's, but you will need to make any appointments way ahead of time because they are backed up for months.
