I love this concept and it has such amazing potential especially once more vendors come in. The…read moredesign is super thoughtful with many different play areas next to most seating areas. We had kids aged 1-6 and they all loved running around here. The bathrooms are clean, there's a changing table, and there's someone keeping the areas clean and tidy even in the evenings. The only thing I'd improve is that many of the open eating areas don't have good visibility of the play areas, especially after dark. It would be nice to have more seating closer to the play areas. Another idea is to switch the location of the sandbox with one of the teepees, since kids seem to congregate there but the view is blocked unless you're sitting in the teepees. It would also be great if the view from the long tables on the deck near the teepees and sandbox wasn't obscured by bushes. Finally, it would feel safer to have the overall area fully gated instead of an open entrance where kids could potentially slip out. Excited for how this will continue to grow and benefit the community!

One area that needs improvement is the restroom facilities for families with young children. During a recent visit, my son needed an urgent diaper change, and there was no changing table in the men's restroom. I had to take him out to the car to change him instead and because of how busy it gets and limited parking options it was a long walk both ways. Adding a changing table to the men's restroom would make a big difference for fathers and other caregivers and would make the space more family-friendly. I enjoy coming here and hope management considers this simple but important improvement.

They have a big parking structure, that is constantly packed with people. There is a constant flow of people coming in and out. When I come here, I enjoy looking at the Korean snack store that recently just expanded. You can get instant noodles and pay for the hot water so you can eat it there! This store is also a souvenir store. Besides this place, the source has fashion stores, bakeries, coffee, pastries, golf, a kid's play center, and more food! Like malls do, they also have a Photo Booth area. Prices vary per shop, but everything is reasonable. The source is cool because it's where small businesses can advertise themself, and Korean culture can thrive. They have a mini night life here alongside celebrating the love of kpop, cosmetics, skincare, and food! I've heard that this place was always hip and fun, and I'm hoping the current reputation exceeds expectations in the near future with all the changes they've been doing!

You can opt for any of six classes of id, or you can do what some did and get all of them! I've always admired the visuals, sound, speed, and maneuverability of even the earliest of Tie fighters as seen in Star Wars, so getting my Galactic ID within the Tie Fighter class was an easy call. Be warned! This line can grow to gargantuan proportions! Don't believe me? Google **Disney Galactic Star Wars ID** and see what kind of line/wait your potentially looking at! But the force was with me today! Got in and out with $10 for parking, and $15 bucks for the id. I was probably in line all of a half an hour! But you folks know me by now, so you know what's coming next! The absolute singular reason this line was moving the way it did was without a doubt due to cast member and CSA (CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL STAR) Mariannie-pictured. Her smooth, pleasantly repetitive, and super informative dialogue should be considered the blueprint of Disney cast members when it comes to relaying instructions or information. By me being the middle aged guy that I am, I was admittedly a bit intimidated by getting into the booth, then dealing with God only knows what kind of technology. The way to sit/, sunglasses on or off/ payment ready asap/touch screen tech-of course, etc. some of you probably can do it easy breezy, but it can be a bit unnerving since you want to be conscious of time and courteous to the legions waiting behind you. Thanks Mariannie!, Your a credit to the Disney brand as your customer service was truly from another galaxy!

It's huge and spacious, featuring a great selection of stores and a Round1 for entertainment. The food court is also well-managed with lots of seating available for dining. Overall, it's a great, spacious environment that doesn't feel overwhelming. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Santa Ana! The selection of stores are very mall-typical (Zara, Claire's, etc) but the standout is for sure the Round One! The service there is relatively good, the nicest employee I met worked at the piercing kiosk, she was really sweet. They also have cute displays for photo shoots and tons of photo ops if you're visiting.

Have not been here in about five to six years roughly, so it was good to see a mall that was not completely dead and had a lot of stores still intact despite a lot of malls being closed down recently (like the Westminster Mall). The mall is going through a renovation, so there are some areas under construction. Some favorite stores include: Boxlunch, Hot Topic, Round 1, and Tokyo Life. A couple criticisms my husband and I had was despite the mall being open for about an hour and a half when we arrived; all the bathrooms we seemed to try and use were shut down or out of order. My husband managed to find a bathroom to use but it required us to walk all the way from the food court to the Round 1 Arcade. I also felt like the employee there was suspicious of me as all I was doing was looking at claw machines while waiting for him. I had to take out my Round 1 card from my mall (Mission Viejo) to pretend I was making a decision on what games to play. It was also not very accessible to any elevators or escalators. The elevators we saw were on either end of the mall, so it required a lot of walking to get to one side or another to use one. Adding to the bathrooms being out of order, all of the sets of escalators in the mall had at least one side that was broken. Also, it looks like this mall is a hot bed for theft. It seemed like every store we walked into (the ones listed above and also including Gamestop and Anime World), had pictures on many displays of people who were caught on camera stealing and leaving the store with stolen merchandise. A good mall overall, but hopefully some of the run down issues will be addressed next time we decide to stop by.
