Herb's is the best! I have been going here for over 5 years now and I always am impressed with the quality of products that are available as well as how nice and helpful their employees are! The shop is really nice and put together well, everything is clean and organized. They have a dedicated parking lot and an easy check-in process. Everyone here has such great energy, you can feel it when you walk in! The staff is very well educated on each product and brand that they carry and they are always willing to go the extra mile to explain new products and answer all of my questions. They never get annoyed in the slightest bit... even when I ask about 20+ questions! Going into Herb's makes you feel like you're a kid in a candy shop! They have fair prices and a multitude of goodies to check out. There's never a need to be nervous if you're feeling lost or unsure about what you want to get because the staff truly makes you feel like they are helping out one of their family members or close friends; they are as excited and enthusiastic for me to try products, as I am for myself to! They really care about your experience and they always make sure to follow up the next visit to see how you liked it and go from there. Jonathan is always more than happy to share background information on each product & brand and will work with you to find the perfect suggestions depending on your wellness needs. Khoi & Jenica are also super delightful! You really can't go wrong with any of the team here, they're a real down to earth bunch! They also have a wide variety of CBD products which have been truly life changing for myself, as well as my family members, many times. I have relied on their topicals and tinctures in times of need when nothing else seemed to work and it always has helped so much! You can't go wrong with any of their products like Vet CBD, Jayden's Juice, Mary's Medicinals and my personal favorite Papa & Barkley. BEST PRICES IN TOWN. They include tax so what you see is what you pay. The workers here are always so nice and chill and I get reward points every time I buy. It's a small place and they are operating outside like Covid style but with the great customer service and deals I keep coming back. I just swung by here (it's next to Costco). There's lot of parking and it is quiet outside. They have one room with all the products... Lots of flower and vape products . Bought some edibles from this place. I had been sick and unable to eat so I had been trying different types of edibles. I went Herbs they over charged me and sold me a bunch of edibles that didn't work and had melted and reformed. When I went to get them replaced. I hate a place that sends you an email saying they are having a special on your favorite brand and giving you a free battery for coming during certain hours, however, when you arrive during that time, they say it's a different deal than the one advertised. The fact that they had the stock of the items in the ad and still wouldn't honor their email is a deal breaker for me. False advertising, should be a crime. So glad I ditched this club anyway because after going to Caliva, I see how much I was over paying for my cartridges not to mention other things. Plus, Caliva is huge and beautiful with a larger selection and more cool things in it. Even Natural herbal pain relief around the block on 10 th St is 5.00 less on most items than Herbs. Tried this place for the 1st time today and I can say that the girl bud tender and Asian guy at desk totally deserve a raise or something special because they made me swear off a collective I've been going to for a year. This place is now my #1 place to go. Great service, decent price, friendly and passionate service. This is the review I left for my past collective Natural Herbal Pain Relief. "Don't know why people keep coming back here. 1st the "fake security" also runs the front desk, yet never knows how to start the computer and takes forever to check people in. 2nd way over priced for quality of bud. Just take a look all their stuff inside not on weed maps. They say they carry a wide price range but once you get In You'll realize that they only have one or a few decent prices and the rest is said to be mid-high to high end. 3rd issue is with the owners and bud tenders. Three times I have been shorted on weight. 1st time I took it as a simple mistake. The 2nd time I talked to the owner on the side ( I didn't want other cust to hear and have them lose business off a mistake) was told they would make it right and I got a thank you. Went home with my little said extra to find out it was only .05 of a gram difference. You shorted me 3 grams. Now I let that go and went back this last time. Waited for them to open, security didn't open the door till 11:15 and still couldn't check people in. There were 7 people working in the back including the two owners who were sitting playing video games. Finally when they let all of us who had been waiting now another 15 mins in like a herd of cattle. 5 of us stood there as the employees continued to talk and only 2 people got helped finally when I asked for a certain type. The owner looked at me and walked away. Now mind you I never wrote a review on previous issues. I tried to pull them aside as to not hurt business. And this same guy just ignores me. Well guess what?!? That $200 I was dropping at your over priced shop. I'm now spending about half and getting way better service and buds. If I'd were you I'd change how you do and treat customers cause Herbs is right around the corner and in my opinion way better bang for you buck from shake to high end. From clones to edibles. Herbs is my brand new place. Glad they had to move from their original location cause now herbs is closer. As you can guess I won't be back even if Herbs doesn't have what I want. I'd rather go somewhere else than come here and I have been strictly loyal to this place for over a year and it just got worse and worse and worse. If you read this and like the place just take a little drive around the corner and try Herbs.
