After all the exciting news, I finally entered the room with all the goodies. Greeted and provided knowledge of the place, brands and how to maneuver through the store. I used the kiosk to place my order. Similar interface to other stores I've been too. Staff was friendly all throughout my visit. I returned a second time, different staff but all with smiling faces. Imani and his team have built strong relationships with myself and several of my friends who were customers. As a leader myself, Imani has all the qualities of a great Manager. His Employees work hard and I would always notice how respectful they are towards him and I. There is a strong positive vibe at Medmen San Jose and it is reflective in the culture and high standards Imani and his team have created. It is a shame that Medmen closed down as I was noticing great improvements ever since Imani was hired. If Medmen reopens I strongly hope Imani becomes Manager once again.
