I am not one to leave a review, but the Hard90 coaches and the Hard90 Program have been a game changer for my 2 boys! I strongly recommend Hard90 for any families looking for a positive program that will develop your player. After back to back Little League seasons with little to no development, we knew we had to try something new. Our 2 boys worked with a few hitting coaches at local facilities, but other than additional reps, it wasn't anything special. For over a year, we heard great things about Hard90 & finally decided to give it a try and signed both of our boys up for a 3 month membership. From the start, it was immediately clear that their professional coaches and developmental approach was above the rest. Within weeks we saw growth and their confidence soared...so much so, that they both asked to try out for the their team! This year, the boys both set a goal to take full advantage of all that Hard 90 offers: Team practices, 1:1 coaching, Power Classes, etc. After 1 year with Hard90, it is clear that it has been transformative to their overall happiness, self esteem, love for the game, mechanics, and overall development. All of the Hard90 coaches are hands down- exceptional. Looking back, my only regret is we waited so long! Thank you Hard90! The worst baseball academy in Northern California. OUTDOOR PRACTICES: there are over 40 kids and only 3 inexperience coaches. No professional structure that could lead and benefit athletes. INDOOR PRACTICES: Only one coach for a roster of 14-15 kids. No clear guidance or structure. COACHES: are very young who do not have children of their own which is directly proportion to lack of their knowledge in child/youth psychology and behaviors. Poor leadership and unfairness during games resulted in destroying athletes' motivations and drive in order to succeed on their goals. The lack of education, knowledge, leadership and kids/youth psychology not only makes this academy one of the worst academies in the region but very harmful to youths both psychologically and emotionally. There are NO ADDED VALUES in enrolling kids & youths in HARD 90 BASEBALL ACADEMY. read more

Our son started training at Hard90 this past year and loves it! Coaches are great and we've seen a lot of improvement in his skill level and mechanics. My son currently does the Power Hitting program, going once a week but my husband will take him early or stay after the lesson and do additional work with him there which is a great benefit for members especially during the winter. My son has been playing travel ball for almost 6 full years now and we have been with several different programs in the Sacramento area. We have been through the travelball circuit and have experienced the full spectrum of what the business of competitive baseball has to offer. We have finally found a home at Hard 90 baseball for the past 3 1/2 years. Why? Because Hard 90 made my son a BETTER player. We have seen coach Rick Sudsy for hitting and coach Friend for pitching for a few years now. I have seen him progress as a player over his peers over the years thanks to the facilities and excellent coaching available to him. There are pros/cons with any baseball academy. The only downside of Hard 90 is their location is a little out of the way and it does get busy at certain times. However, they just remodeled the facility so there is a comfortable area for us parents to sit while watching the TV or your kids' lesson. Top notch facilities, excellent coaching, awesome atmosphere-there really isn't anything else in the area we have seen that even compares. read more

Hard 90 Baseball is fantastic! The staff and service that Hard 90 provides to second to none. My son has been attending The Clubhouse for years and has received hitting lessons, pitching lessons, strength and conditioning classes, and team practices. The facility is set up with multiple indoor batting cages and multiple mounds in the bullpen area. One of the hitting tunnels features a state of the art Hit Trax machine which allows for simulated game play for the kids, which they absolutely love. The indoor facility is clean and set up for all that enter to improve as a baseball player. As a high school baseball coach, I always want to make sure that that my son was exposed to a top notch program while he played in the travel baseball world. Hard 90 gave him multiple opportunities to travel and play locally, to the bay area, as well as to Southern California and out of state. Our high school team takes advantage of the indoor facility when the weather is poor and we are able to run complete practices inside the facility. While some high school programs struggle to deal with wind, rain, and cold air, we are able to go indoors and get all of our work done. Hard 90 is amazing! In short, there is great coaching, a nice, clean facility and equipment, and professional service but with a friendly family feel. My son was in a hitting slump and starting to get discouraged. I saw that Hard 90 was offering introductory sessions for $29, what a steal. I'm so glad we found this place. We have since signed up for additional sessions because my son gained a lot out of just two sessions. He's been doing power hitting and power pitching sessions for a couple months now and has been coached by different coaches. He likes them all and says they are teaching him a lot. I'm impressed with the skill and experience of the coaches, the progress I see and my son's spark for more baseball. He hit a double during a game right after his first hitting session and was hitting well more consistently right away. My son also just finished a week of the Hard 90 Summer camp and is sad that the week is over which means he really enjoyed it! A lot more than baseball mechanics is being learned such as the value of shaking hands, looking people in the eye and saying thank you. I know they also do coaching and programs for the big guys too so my young son may potentially be at Hard 90 for many years to come. read more

My son has been training at Hard 90 for two years. In this time I've seen his skill level, mechanics and understanding of baseball increase exponentially. Hard 90 has not only taught him how to be a good baseball player, they have instilled in him those values that make a good teammate and coachable athlete. If you'd like your son/daughter to be coached by phenomenal coaches (Coach Rick, Coach Hutch, etc.) who know the game and what it takes physically and mentally to succeed in the sport, to have the opportunity to use top notch facilities (indoor turf tunnels, HITTRAX computer, multi-level pitching machines), and most importantly to GET BETTER at baseball, then this is the place to go. I can only say that it has been just a great experience for my son, and I am so happy that we came to H90. We initially used the facility to get individual lessons (Coach Rick, Coach Hutch) and take group classes (Power Hitting Class), but then became a Hard 90 member (by joining a team). In addition, we have also joined their H90 Combine. We found maximum value in ALL facets. My son has gotten so much better as a baseball player, and the coaches/owners genuinely CARE about your child/teenager's success and their growth. As a member, you can use the facility pretty much whenever (sometimes classes or camps are underway, but usually there is a tunnel open to hit or throw anyway) so we pretty much go to use the facility regularly. The H90 teams they put together are regularly competitive with any other program out there, and will definitely win many tournaments - and not necessarily because H90 has the best talent; in many cases the teams they compete against may have more talent but H90 players have been coached up to play the game as a TEAM. No matter the age of your son/daughter, they will improve, they will enjoy the process of improving, and will learn to enjoy baseball even more. My son began his "travel ball" experience with Hard 90 approximately five years ago. Since the very beginning, he has thoroughly enjoyed being part of this organization. Along with being excellent instructors, his Hard 90 coaches have been exceptionally supportive of him when he was hit with the dreaded injury bug. They showed so much concern, and we always knew that he would be welcomed back with open arms. He was invited to play with three other baseball organizations during these years; however, he chose to stay with the Hard 90 organization which is like family to us. They continue to keep and recruit coaches with alot of college and\or professional playing experience and do a great job of developing players at all levels.
