We were at the Hardee's on haywood lane in nashville tn this morning and we ordered the country fried steak biscuits combo and tea medium size. And three times the gave us ham cheese biscuit and they finally got are order right the third time around. And it is only 1 cashier and 1 cook and you are not aloud in the building at all. They do not even know what there song and they gave my mom an attotude.. They are just there to play not work and the employees also do not take there job seriously they need to hire people that take there job very seriously qnd there life very seriously. My family and I ate here on a trip after a very long day and are certainly happy we did. This Hardee's is very impressive and much better than the others around me. It has a very good variety (for sides alone you have five choices instead of just fries), the staff is very friendly, and the food is yum. I've not had a chocolate malt this good out in a long while. I would give this zero stars if it was an option. I finally reached my breaking point the other night and will never return to this location again. Here's why: For one, the customer service is a joke. No one has ever been friendly. I realize you're working a fast food job, but slap a smile on and fake it or go to work somewhere else. My biggest reason for hating this place is that they consistently get my order wrong every time I am there. This last time was the worst. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger 1/2lb burger....they gave me a 1/3lb WITHOUT bacon. I turned around and went back and explained to the manager how they can never seem to get my order right and how frustrating that is and she showed no remorse and didn't offer to comp anything. All she said was that she told them to put bacon on the burger and that they will remake it. STAY AWAY from this location. They're incompetent and deserve to be shut down. read more

Whoever put the current woman manager in a position of power made a big mistake. She was the rudest woman I've ever encountered in customer service. She refused to give us water and condiments because "they cost money" and when we asked how much it cost she didn't answer and left the window with the most attitude I've ever seen. They also ignored us at the speaker for 7 minutes until 11:00 hit so they didn't have to serve us breakfast. Completely unprofessional and definitely won't ever be back. read more

All I wanted was honey mustard with my chicken tenders and when I got home, no honey mustard! It really screwed up my lunch. I didn't have any dipping sauce. They also tried to charge me for an extra burger that I didn't even order. When I give them my order at the drive thru, they didn't give me a total for my order. It really just screwed up my day! I've been eating breakfast here for years and I appreciate the quality of the food preparation and the friendliness of the folks that work here. I usually go inside to order because it's faster. Came to Hardee's today waited fifteen minutes in car line with only two cars in front of us. We ordered a #3 and a #8 listed on the menu, total was $14 and some odd cents. We were not given a receipt nor offered a receipt. Our food order was wrong and when we got Crystal's attention and told her about the missing food she said "I didn't take your order". We didn't get the fries we ordered and we had food in the bag that wasn't even ours which is why the food was priced more then we thought it should be. Then we were told after waiting now 20 minutes to pull forward and wait as they would have to fry potatoes. By that time we were so frustrated we told them forget it and drove away. The window cashier was so very rude and never once said I'm sorry or even smiled. She looked like she hated being there. So we did not get our full meal. I tell you customer service in restaurants is becoming deplorable and I can say that having worked in restaurants over 20+ years ago when customer service was important because the customer was important. read more

I really enjoy going here for lunch. With the convenience of ordering and customizing your order via touchpad and saving 10% (nice!) and sitting down and having someone bring your food to you, what more could you want? The servers are great and your food arrives at your table nice and hot Of course you have to get your own drink and ketchup, but the tables have napkins and salt/pepper shakers. I don't always have a hamburger for lunch, but when I do, I have a burger from Hardee's. Thanks guys for providing a great lunch! read more
