It was extremely hard to hear the server inside. Because it is extremely small. The tables are very close together. So hopefully no one in your party is large.. if that is the case, it's better to eat outside. If it's not too cold. The food was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely return. The bathroom was extremely small. XS lol just FYI

Came to Nashville for a quick getaway with my husband and when we got here we were starving, so I went Yelp to find something close with good reviews, and let me tell you, you guys did not lead me astray! This place!!!!!! The people were Super nice, we were there on a Sunday morning and it was pretty empty, and I have no idea why, the food was terrific, I enjoyed everything I tasted. It's setup like you're at your grandparents house in the south. Why are you still reading, go check it out!

I was in the area and looking for someplace to eat that was not a chain. Yelp never fails to recommend a great place, and this place did not disappoint!!!!! From the incredibly friendly and homey hospitality, to the delicious, fresh, and unique food options. My waitress did not rush me, and refilled my tea multiple times. My glass never went empty. She recommended the TN Hot Brown, and it was amazing. I will be back again!!!

Everything here was so good! We loved the environment and the food was so full of flavor and filling! Great service and friendly staff! We'll be back!

Wasn't as great as expected . Butter was not real . Those nasty foiled pats . The jelly they rave about was in a 2 ounce plastic portion control cup . They have nothing gluten free no sugar free products either . The grits were salty and disgusting to be honest . Ordered the vegetarian omelette . Was luck to have 6 sprinkles of feta on top not cooked in . I'm giving two stars for the ambience on rustic old world design . Service was mediocre at best .

Stopped by here while traveling to down for a business trip. Got the pimento and bacon omelet with grits. And boy am I glad that I picked grits, hands down these are the best grits I have ever had at a restaurant. I don't know what you do to them, but never stop. Service was great, food came out fast. Hope I get to come back.

Comfort food in a friendly and comfortable setting in East Iris studio neighborhood. Also near the airport. Peach Bellini and a two egg breakfast with grits and a biscuit was exactly what I needed after a night out in Nashville.

We were seated right away, and the service was fantastic! We kicked things off with a mimosa and then dove into the chorizo and shrimp smothered over a buttery, fluffy biscuit with a sunny-side-up egg--so good! We also tried the classic biscuit breakfast with eggs and sausage, plus their fried green tomatoes, which were crispy and delicious. And let me tell you, the mushrooms and gravy over biscuits are a must-try. Everything was packed with flavor--can't wait to go back! Thanks Tiffany you're the best!!

Happy that I stumbled upon this quaint little restaurant. Dine inside or out - food and service were superb. So many great options to choose from - Snuck a peak at the Stuffed French Toast and the PBJ Chicken Biscuit...OMG!

Really enjoyed my breakfast, wish I could give 4.5. Nice little spot in Berry Hill, wasn't even sure I was at the right place as signage is limited. Street parking available, front is full of picnic tables. Had the mushroom Benedict and the 2 eggs breakfast and the biscuit basket to start. Love the farm to table aspect and local produce, even tomato slice slaps. Benedict was rich and delicious. Didn't love the side of potatoes, I think it had been under heat lamp for a while. Can't wait to return

Located in the Gulch, it was just a short Uber ride from our downtown area hotel. Before we were even seated we were already enchanted with the adorable 'cow bee' t-shirt. Get it? Milk and honey? Cute huh? Our table of 7 women ordered a variety of brunch sandwiches and biscuits. While everyone enjoyed their meals, I can only give specifics on what I ordered. I had the Mr. Croissant with home fries, and because I wanted to try the biscuits, I also added a biscuit with honey and butter to my order. The croissant and biscuit were great. Next time, I'd give a miss to the included home fries and opt for the fruit instead. My vanilla bean latte was very good and my friend loved her mocha. To celebrate the Birthday Girl, we ordered two bottles of champagne and two flights of juices to make mimosas. We all took homemade strawberry pop tarts to go. We loved the vibe, service, and food and will happily return the next time we are in Nashville!

We have been in Nashville for ten days and dined at a lot of nice restaurants. Our brunch at Loveless might be my favorite meal. They have a smoked brisket feature on Saturday and Sunday, you can order a smoked brisket omelette with cheddar and au jus, or classic sliced brisket. The sliced brisket is massive. You will have snacks for days. The omelette will change your life. This will be a dish I talk about for years to come. Flavorful, melts in your mouth, and unique. There's also lots to do on the property, there's a shop to buy jams and meat, another small gift shop, and off to the side is a small area for little local shops from artists. Great job, Loveless!

I was disappointed that none of the original hotel rooms were available for show. I did like walking around the property and seeing all the celebrity photos on the walls. I'll start off by saying I'm not the biggest fan of pancakes, nor cinnamon and have to be in the mood for both. Today happened to be the day. I tried their pancake sampler, with cinnamon, Caribbean and banana bread pancakes. They were all good, fluffy, airy and flavorful. Banana bread with their maple syrup, Caribbean with cinnamon. But, their cinnamon pancakes were amazing!! Those were definitely the winner!!! Best pancakes I've ever had. Their three pig omelette was pretty bomb as well. I got some of their sausage gravy on the side, to douse the omelette and that was definitely the move there. I think this is the first time I didn't need to use cholula for flavoring. The location is centralized, set up nicely, with huge open indoor space with plenty of seating outside. The service was great as well. Attentive and fast. All in all, I wish I had the time to come here yesterday, so I could try something different today. But, I took the place for everything it had and it definitely delivered. Highly recommend and I will be back, when I'm in the area for sure!

Their text system for handling that was efficient and we were all lucky to find a comfortable place to sit both inside and out. Our waitress (Amanda) was sharp in terms of communication, understanding our selections, friendliness, and the ability to move a lot of plates (with food or not) without losing balance. Our table near a front corner was also pleasant and comfortable. Gayle and Erin started off with a pitcher of Mimosas, while I went for OJ and Coffee, and Jim Coffee. Our selections involved 2 orders of Waffles, 1 set of Lemon/Blueberry Pancakes, and French Toast. Meat sides were evenly split between Andouille sausage (for a little extra spice) and bacon, while eggs were either poached, scrambled, or over easy. I especially appreciated that my "Poached Hard" request came back spot on. The Pancakes/Waffles/French Toast were all light, tasty and well served by the maple syrup.
