RUN‼‼‼‼‼‼ We are traveling from TX to SC. We saw Hardee's and got excited because we don't have one in TX. We placed 3 different orders. The customer service is horrible and restrooms were filthy and only one stall had toilet paper. The employees had horrible attitudes. Two orders were made but the biscuit was hard and something hard was in the other sandwich. When the 3rd order was about to be placed, no one wanted to take the order. The cook then said that he just made 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and he wasn't making anymore. All the employees played the I'm not making the biscuits game. Therefore I asked for my money and went next door to sonic. If the employees don't want to work, give the job to someone who would. If this is the type of service your company provides, I see why many locations are closed. If I could give 0 stars I would because they don't deserve 1. read more

They have no way of redeeming any type of coupon since they don't have a "scanner". Mobile app doesn't work for the location either. Food wise: half of the top of my biscuit was missing, the cheese had just been pulled out of the fridge (cold and solid), and the blueberry biscuit wasn't even close to warm. Stopped by for lunch today at 11:20 on our way through the area. There were only two other people in the lobby, so the service was fast. The person at the cash register was very pleasant. Everything else wasn't so great. No sweet tea, the pop/soda dispenser in the lobby didn't work at all, the bathroom stall door lock broken, the garbage can was full, and they had a tray covering the opening for a second garbage can. I asked for the bread on the Frisco burger to be well-toasted/grilled, and I was assured they always did the bread that way. When I got the sandwich, it looked like the bread had barely been toasted. When pushing down on it with my finger it left a big divot, like one would expect in soft white bread, not toast. I took it back and asked if it could be fixed and was told that it couldn't be fixed and that's how it's always done. Also, the fries were anemic looking, undercooked. Unfortunately, this was the final straw for all Hardee's. This was the 4th location in two separate states and the food issues have been the same at each one--undercooked fries and underdone bread. The men's restroom was disgusting. Smelled horrible of urine. Paper towel dispenser didn't work. The food was mediocre. The hash rounds tasted like they were cooked in old oil. A cook in the kitchen wiped her arm pits and prepared food with no gloves. read more

Attempted to go through the drive through at 10:55am today. I asked if lunch was being served yet, a female replied with a "nope". I asked when will lunch service begin? Thinking I'd just wait 5 min till 11am but she replied " I don't even know when it's gonna start, we still serving breakfast". Her point was well taken as I drive off. I am down the street at the Fairfield Inn and the windshield is covered in ice. I walk up to the Hardee's and go inside. They tell me the only have drive thru service. They would not sell me food inside. Must be the laziest people I have ever seen. Can't walk five feet to the register next to window to ring me up. Hot food but it wasn't fast. I asked the difference between a #1 and a 2 and they looked at me and repeated question... then they read the board (at the same time I realized) the difference was dressed with lettuce and tomato. We got 4 quarter pounders , fries and drinks. Food was good (for fast food) but lost a star because it was a messy place as noted by other diners. Garbage cans in restaurant overflowed as well as in bathroom. Makes you wonder about everything else. read more

Have tried to dine here twice in past couple of months during normal business hours but at different times of day. Both times when attempting to place an order, I was told "our system is down." I asked for a manager, who informed me "our maintenance man is on vacation." I asked for an 800 number to call, and was handed a filthy receipt. I dialed the number and was sent to the voicemail of the district manager, whose mailbox was of course full. I don't see why this location is open. They certainly aren't doing business! read more

Drive through service was pooooor. We saw several cars exit the line and go across the street to McDonalds but just thought it was slow. Arriving at the speaker there was no greeting or a message. So we sat for around five minutes. The car in front of us had gone right passed the speaker so we figured it must not be working. About 10 minutes later we made it to the window and an order was handed out. "I'm sorry that is not ours we sat at the speaker a while but no one took our order." "We was busy" the young lady said. Then she disappeared. After a minute or more she returned. "If you want to order you have to go get in the back of the line and place your order at the speaker" I laughed and said, "Riiiiiiight" And we made a right as we exited. read more

I forgot how bad this Hardee's was but was reminded today. Pool of water on the floor by the back door. Tub and rag left on one of the tables. Three of the four fountain drinks I tried were out, and one ice machine didn't work. Seven table napkin dispensers were empty, I counted while waiting for food. TV was on but no signal, and the place was filthy. I'm half tempted to throw away the food for fear of what I might catch. Only good spot was the server. read more

I arrived here at 4:00pm and stopped by the restroom before ordering. There was a man standing at the urinal when I entered the restroom. He finished, flushed, and exited the restroom without washing his hands. When I went to wash my hands, I noticed that the paper towel dispenser was empty. I left the restroom and walked to the counter only to find that the man with unclean hands was the manager on duty! He was changing out the cash register drawer. He should have washed his hands, and if he had, he would have noticed that the paper towels were all gone and could have replenished them. But he didn't wash his hands, and he didn't refill the dispenser. I was too grossed out to order, so I left. Yuck! read more

After reading these reviews, I can say from experience that nothing has changed. Is there a better word for disappointment? Deplorable. I only eat Hardees when I come to Alabama. I've been to this location several times, visiting the casino. Any other time I've been to a Hardee's there's a line out the parking lot. There was no one in the parking lot. I should have taken that as a sign. We entered the Hardee's and went to the restroom to wash our hands. We came in and the registers at the counter were down. The young lady at the cash register(who from her overwhelmed temperment I can only assume was new) Took my aunt's order after 5 minutes of debating whether or not there was a kids meal. I placed my order. What I wanted was a classic with no bun (low carb style), onion rings, and nachos. Simple enough, right? The cashier informs me that she'll have to drop the onion rings. I say "Ok. That sounds fresh." I finish my order and she goes to tend to another issue. My other aunt is still at the register waiting to order. 20 minutes later.. They set a bag on the counter. I open it. Onion rings. Check. Nachos. Check. 2 hot dogs with no buns. Wut? Where's my sandwich? I reach into the bag pick up a few onion rings to see if they were warm. Ok cool. My aunt reaches over and says "these aren't hot" and I ask for the window cashier (who had been watching me touch all over these onion rings) to drop it back in the grease and ask where my sandwich is. The window cashier informs me that even though the 2 orders are almost symmetrical, this was not my order. She then changed the bag and proceeded to carry it out the door. ...My other aunt is still standing at the cashier waiting to order. ..15 more minutes pass.. My aunt finally gets her kids meal. The fries are ice cold. She sets the fries on the counter. And i ask for the manager. Window cashier calls for him. He replies "Stop calling my name dammit"... I quickly went to the restroom feeling confident that after this 30 minute wait, my food would be ready no time soon, There was a roach who i can assume from his motionless demeanor stiff position on his back was taking a nap. After some yelling he finally comes up and processes a refund. ...My other aunt is still waiting to order. She shouts "GUESS I'LL JUST GO TO POPEYES TO GET SOME FOOD, SINCE NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE MY ORDER" ...no response I got my 10 bucks back and got the hell out of there. read more

I waited in line for bout 20 mins just to get up to the order spot and sat for another probably 10 minutes and when I finally said "hello" all hell broke loose. I was given the worst attitude and overall just absolutely rude people working the drive thru. I understand being short staffed but no reason to be like that. And when I told the lady to stop with her attitude she then refused to serve me saying "now ya gonna go hungry" Hardee's if this is how you train your employees you should be very very ashamed. Went through drive thru on a road trip to Birmingham. We thought it would be an easy start to the morning. We should've known when it took a while for someone to answer the drive thru. The order was repeated back. We proceeded to the pick up window. The drinks were handed out minus an orange juice. Then a bag of food was passed through. No straws. The lady walked away as if she was done with us. Hardly! Had to park and go in to get straws. Then the Coke was just lightly carbonated water. Not a good surprise when you're expecting a cold Coke! Had to go back in. Stood at the counter for a while. I explained the soda needed to be changed. They looked at me like I was from Mars. I tried it again at the other unit - same. Tried cherry Coke - same. Does no one realize the bags are empty? Does no one check - yes several managers in sight! Not caring. Tried Dr. Pepper and finally! Back on the road. Sorry to be an imposition, but last I checked I was a paying customer. Isn't that how you get paid? Sorry, at this rate, you'll never get the $20 an hour you want or think you deserve. The food came out hot, the staff was very cordial and they made sure we had everything we needed before we departed. The experience I had here was similar to what I would imagine a shitty version of hell would be. The pleasant gentleman taking orders had a difficult time comprehending our order. Then after paying and waiting 45 minutes for our food all while watching them hose the floor down getting the spray from the nasty floor water all over the place we finally got our order. Just expecting regular service as with any other Hardees but to our surprise we received excellent fast service. We really appreciated it. We made the order.
