I've been to chipotle locations all across the country and I can safely say the Carlisle location serves the smallest portions of any location I have ever been to. I got double meat and barely got a scoop and a half of chicken. The wait was long considering I was the 3rd person in line, it shouldn't take 10 minutes. Especially considering there is no cooking involved and each person only got one meal. Next time I'm passing through Carlisle, I'll try to give another place my business, this chipotle clearly doesn't want it. read more

Came to this chipotle location today and was disappointed. The music was very loud to the point where the workers could barely hear me without me talking extra loud. I ordered pinto beans in my meal and they just tasted wrong compared to the other locations i've been to. I couldn't even finish my order due to how off they tasted, making me sick to my stomach. This location is terrible, yet we continue going back and subjecting ourselves to disappointment and lies. Tonight was officially the last time. At 8:07PM we entered the restaurant, with two customers ahead of us in line and 3 customers in the dining room. The place was filthy and the trash cans were overflowing. All proteins were out of stock with the exception of Steak and Carnitas....and of course the fajita vegetables were gone. Everything was out.... The final blow was when I asked for a side of cilantro I was told.....they are not able to give it to customers because it could hurt them.....as in Food Poisoning I guess....I told the young man I have received cilantro at every single chipotle in the past including the Carlisle location....but he stood his ground and refused because it could "hurt" me. I was applaud.....I mean if I ordered raw chicken I could understand, but it's cilantro which btw....they put in their food !! I would strongly suggest this location be added to an episode of undercover boss. The CEO would be ashamed..... As for me....i will never hold their stock or food again. read more

Honestly not sure why I keep coming back. When chipotle's good it's good, but no one here ever acts like they care about literally anything. Kitchen is always dirty, half of the time they are out of multiple items 2 hours before close. Most of the young people working here look like they hate their jobs, and I've watched management yell out at them before while waiting in line. Everyone was cleaning up for the night ignoring customers in line while blaring their own music in the kitchen. It's so obvious that not a single person helping with this store cares about anything. I ordered a burrito bowl on doordash and it was not even half way to the top. It was not even close to the right weight chipotle claims for all of its bowls to have. Barely any chicken in the bowl and 75% cheese. If i'm paying more then I would in store I should have the right amount of food in my bowl. read more

The ABSOLUTE worst experience every time I go in there. I don't know why I expect it to be any different every time. Our last experience has me wanting to blast them on every outlet. They all but threw the burrito at me. I was nice the entire time but I'm not going to accept something lazily made and falling apart OR with ingredients I didn't ask for because you messed up and were rushing. NEVER again!! Don't visit this location unless you want to leave frustrated or grossed out! What I got tasted fine. Issue was they under portioned what typically is done at Chipotle. Also out of queso. I sat in the restaurant and watched it seems they are understaffed. The service was bleak at best got to my seat and realized they fort my chips. Everything was clean and organized. When I'm working, sometimes I order from this specific location and today I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and queso blanco. When I picked it up, I didn't open it until I got back to work and realized it was literally meat and cheese. I don't know if they're just lazy or whatever but this is unacceptable considering the amount of money they charge compared to places like Neato Burrito where they never mess up an order. Only one employee handling dine in orders with about 20 people in line. Much more concerned about takeout order. They were out of pico de gallo and guacamole. Honestly , I used to love this place. My dad and I would come here frequently. But after visiting today with my boyfriend I was extremely disappointed. All we wanted was a chicken quesadilla. They have everything there to make it, however they forced me to order it online. Fine, however I only had cash. The person said that if i downloaded the app that i could order it and pay in person however that wasnt true. And the manager said "I don't know what you want me to do. I felt that it was really unnecessary to make this comment. I also didn't understand why they couldn't make it, as the place was not busy and they had everything in front of them to make it. I'm not one to complain about the service industry often, but this was hands down the WORST experience I've ever had. The store is being run by a bunch of children who have no respect for customers and stand around complaining/explaining instead of WORKING. The only adult employee in the building had her two children at a table in front and wasn't much help to the situation. I ordered a mobile order at 7:05PM and didn't leave until 7:55 PM. Horrible. I'll never use this location again. They regularly make mistakes on our pickup orders, but yesterday was the last straw. My chicken burrito bowl was missing the fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, and romaine lettuce! Basically I got a small bowl of rice, beans, chicken, and cheese. I also ordered a steak taco with tortilla and extra cheese (nothing else), and they gave me no cheese whatsoever! I should have checked everything before I left, but I was in a hurry after a long day at work. Never again. Horrible, hostile customer service! Ordered a chicken bowl and ended up with a bowl of rice and cheese. I tried to call and get a refund from the store. The phone just rang and rang. I drove back to the store and asked for a refund. The "manager" yelled at me, told me she wouldn't give me a refund and threw a sticky note at me with the number to call and said "take this shit". She walked away and wouldn't acknowledge or help me. I asked her for her name and she responded by saying, "by law, I don't need to tell you that". I asked for the manager, she laughed and snarled and she said they didn't have a manager. Terrible experience and treatment! Shame on you for being so ignorant and rude. It seems like every time I go to get dinner at this location I leave extremely disappointed. This time, there was NO cauliflower rice, NO veggies, a few soggy spinach leaves that were manhandled into my bowl (but I should also note that after they put what looked like a whole 15 leaves as the base of my bowl, they proceeded to take out a smaller handful out and return them back to the mush at the bottom of their silver holding container), there was hardly any salsa (the salsa bowl was mainly filled with water). You would assume that if your bowl is already starting out on a poor and distasteful "lettuce" bed that you would receive at least an adequate amount of toppings... this was very far from the case. I asked for steak and chicken - when I say that they literally dropped at MAXIMUM of 4 scraps (literally torn pieces) of chicken into my bowl and MAYBE 5 pieces of steak chunks and then proceeded to ask about more toppings, I am being generous. This is absurd. I shouldn't not be paying almost 10 dollars for this disgraceful, anti-climactic, and very disappointing meal. This place should do some serious reflecting. I love Chipotle and have eaten at quite a few of them. The Carlisle location is far and away the worst I've ever been to. They're always out of something, the food is cold and the rice is often undercooked (it's like chewing pebbles), the place is usually a mess, some of the employees are obnoxious (and some are fine), and the managers are even worse. The final straw was when I ordered something for pick-up and had to wait 45 minutes for my order to get finished (it took them that long to cook another batch of black beans), and the place wasn't even that busy. If you want Chipotle, choose literally any other one in the area if possible! read more

The only reason I come here is because the one in Mechanicsburg is 15 minutes away and this one is 2 minutes. This place is always out of something, chips, guacamole, or meat. The night crew is the worse! I can't even take my kids here for dinner because of the music they play with provocative words from the kitchen. No tables were wiped down, they ran out of chicken, they got several orders wrong . The person running the counter was frustrated and you can see that they are under staffed . I had a "bowl" and the corn was frozen! The tables were so disgusting that I just left my food on the table . The reason for this was because the trash cans were full . I went to Chipotle this evening because the high school I graduated from was having a fundraiser. The restaurant was not busy, and the staff was friendly. The only problem I had was that by the time I got home, my dinner was cold. There was traffic on my way home so that caused a delay.
