10/2/24 My husband and went to Hardee's tonight at 7:02 pm..I placed my order with the cashier Jazmin(I have never met her before)I asked her if I could get hot fresh order of fries,she said..yes and that she would go back and dropped fries...Not even a min later...The GM came out and said my order was ready...I immediately felt the fries they were warm...I then ask if I could get hot fries...The GM made a very rude noise and body gestures. She then said those fries just came out of the grease..I tried to explain to her...that the cashier told me she would drop hot fries...this lady has a very bad demeanor...not professional at all. I told her I would pay for the order of freshly made fries...She did got me more fries, I refused to eat them because they were made out of anger!!! First, the outside and inside of the building need a good cleaning. The floors were dirty, and the tables all looked unwiped. We had to clean off our own table. When placing our order, I noticed the cashier wearing Crocs with no socks, which I'm sure is a health code violation. There is dried mustard and ketchup on the stainless steel behind the cash registers. To top it off, there was a hair in my French Fries, which was not discovered until they were almost all eaten, and probably would have been prevented had the staff been wearing hairnets. After losing what was left of my appetite, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands which was a mistake. The bathroom reeks of death and sewage, which took my breath away. Ordered chicken tenders for lunch today. They came with a complimentary long curly hair that was attached and fried with the chicken.

Staff: 4 stars. They have always been nothing but polite and friendly every time I've come in contact with them. Cleanliness: 3 stars. It could be better. Sometimes it's clean and sometimes it's not. More often on the not side though. I really hate messes and so even something minor in the dining room or the drink station being in disarray bothers me. Food: 3 stars. I really like their smoked sausage biscuit sandwich. I also like the turkey burger they have on menu. Everything else is honestly not my favorite. I found that there was entirely too much fat and grease leaking from the beef burgers. It's a shame because I did really want to like them but it just wasn't in the cards. I will say that this is by far the busiest fast food location in town, especially for the historic part of town. They also seem to really know who the regulars are and appear to have formed genuine friendships. So I give them a solid 3 stars, which is good for the area. read more

Hardee's - Fast Food Near Me - Franklin, Virginia

It's hit or miss. Assuming when certain managers or owners are in they run good. Lately, they have really been horrible. In the last six months we have gone to the Hardee's on the way to Courtland, because the one in Franklin can't even toast bread right. (Lazy) Today we decided to give it a shot, and was greeted with a rude and care free employee working the drive through. Lied about raisin biscuits, and the slams door on customers in mid sentence. ZERO (0) REALLY...READ BELOW First, I want to thanks the management at BNE (bnecareers.com according to the receipt) for hiring just the correct recipe of careless employees and incompetent managers. I am a 48yr old man who has worked in the food service industry on the front lines at pizza places and a sub shop. I have also worked on the support side, installing and repairing the computer systems that run these fast food stores; and providing phone support for store management and other support technicians in the field working on the store systems. Additionally, and most importantly, I am a verified fast food addict, with an average monthly outlay of $400 personally, and that doesn't include the food I purchase for my family! So, as for tonight. I know better than most that those timers in the drive thru were meant to be used as a tool to improve customer service, not a way to destroy customer service and bully customers into leaving the drive thru window without the food they paid for. It's disgusting that they have been perverted in the way that they have. I pulled into the Hardee's in Franklin because its the nearest one to my home. I sat in line in the drive thru while 2 cars in front of me placed their orders, then I placed mine. The car 2 cars up from me waited at the window for 5 minutes while they got their order together. The car directly in front of me waited at the window 3 minutes while they got their order together. I had my card charged, was handed my drink, as asked to park my car while they finished my order. I told them I could wait, and the girl at the window huffed and walked away. I was again asked to park so they could bring out my order when it was ready, to which I replied again that I could wait; that both of the cars in front of me had waited in the window 1 for 5 minutes and the other for 3 minutes, so surely a minute or 2 for my order wasn't an issue. She huffed and left, and a woman returned and said that if I refused to comply with their requirements they had permission to call the police on me, and I started to talk as she huffed, closed the window and left. At this point I have decided they can refund me my order and I will go somewhere that can actually provide the simple service of handing me the food I paid for without trying to tell me that someone that arrived after me is more important than I am, or that the 2 people before me were more important than I am. I had the drink and receipt in my hand when the next person got to the window (a total time elapsed now of 3 minutes since I arrived at the window) and told her she could have the drink back and refund me my money so I could go somewhere that wanted it. At which point she started handing me a bag (turned to flag off the male employee that was approaching her from the kitchen) and said that my order was ready. I complained about how much I had been harassed to park over an order that only took 3 minutes to pull together, started my truck and left. BUT IT WASN'T... SHE INTENTIONALLY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER! I ordered a 2/3lb Monster Burger, 2 lg Onion Rings, and lg Mellow Yellow no ice. I paid $16.90 for what was going to be a pleasant dinner at home alone. ORDER# 472109 CASHIER Jayan I got a 1/3lb basic cheeseburger, 2 lg Onion Rings literally dripping in grease like they hadn't been strained at all, and a lg Mellow Yellow no ice. NOT ONLY DID I NOT GET MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR, I GOT SH*T SERVICE! This is not uncommon of this location, as another reviewer wrote its hit or miss here; at best! I have pictures of the receipt and of the items I got and you can clearly see that the $3 burger I got was not the $8 burger I paid for. I will be contacting BNE directly...being that they are the franchisee that owns the license for this location, and many others (other brands as well) in the Suffolk-Franklin area. And I will be contacting Hardee's Corporate offices. I will tell you that this has been the proverbial straw, This location at least, and possibly all of them, will not receive another red cent of mine. For less money and less headache I could have ordered a steak dinner from Applebe's and they would bring it to my car, so if I'm ever in the mood for parking and waiting for my food that's where it will be, not this crap-hole of wannabe fast food restaurant. Sad thing is, generally speaking I feel that Hardee's has the best food of the fast food industry. But seriously, literally nothing, will make me go back to this location. I haven't, and will not even call the store manager to complain, mostly because I feel strongly that the manager is probably part of the problem.
