I stopped I this hardees for dinner tonight. The food itself was alright, it wasn't really seasoned but it was edible. I just finished drinking my drink and realized there wasn't just ice in the bottom but also what looks to be a recipt; hopefully, that's all that was in it. We stopped eating here years ago due to oily, flat, disgusting breakfast sandwiches. I stopped here yesterday and my order was received quickly with a good attitude. When I got to the window I was greeted with a smile, and my bag had all that i ordered in it. The biscuit was thick and flaky, the egg was soft, cheese melted and bacon crunchy. Well done. I hope this means you folks are now making better food. read more

Customer service was lacking and I know Hardee's is always salty, but this seemed like it was salty and then they poured salt on it. If you are wanting Hardee's, skip this one. Also, there was trash all in the drive through lane. But they clearly didn't even want to take an order and prepare food so no surprise that cleaning was to much to ask. read more

Used to be a great place. Also a clean place. Tonight was horrible. The place was a mess. The staff lazy and the quality of the meal was pathetic. We used to really enjoy coming here. I guess new staff or new management may be. Very disappointed. We live near by so it's a shame to see a good place to down hill. read more

We stopped at Hardee's this morning 3/20/21 on our way home to Pennsylvania from Florida. We pulled up with intentions of being able to go in and use the restroom since we were going to order. The inside is closed. Annoying, but no big deal, as we can always go to a gas station. We were excited to get breakfast, but we were told breakfast was over. It was 10:22 am when we ordered, which is close to 10:30 am, so we didn't throw a fit about it. As we were ordering, the person (female voice) taking our order cut us off mid sentence and sternly says "hold on maam." The tone of her voice was unpleasant, but again we didn't throw a fit about it. We ordered and moved up to the window. We asked for sweet and low for our tea and the woman at the window gives an annoyed look, and with attitude, she rudely says "um I can't hear you." While the food was good, the service was poor. We also realized about 5 minutes down the road that we got fries instead of onion rings. It wouldn't have been a huge deal had we not been charged an additional fee for the onion rings. Customer service was great. The young lady was very friendly and apologized for the chicken having to cook for five minutes. The order was correct, exactly as ordered. However, the buns were burned to a fare-ye-well. Tasted awful. In addition to that, one of the sandwiches tasted as if one edge of it was dipped in sugar. read more

CUSTOMERS FIRST! The one thing that I really appreciate about Hardees is those deliciously fresh, made to order chicken strips. After searching high and low for good "wings" restaurant without success, we settled for chicken strips. We decide on Hardees and arrive with just a few people in line. I'm really not pleased with this Hardees, (it was a bit messy) but I was comforted by the fact that my strips would not be handled by hands. They are poured into a cooking basket, deposited into the oil and then poured into the serving basket. NO hands are involved when handling my food and that 's a good thing. As we stand in line, I am noticing that there is only one person actually preparing orders, while one is sweeping in the back and of course one is running the register. The line was really slow moving and I don't understand why they could not focus on serving customers first and save the cleaning for later. One customer had a special card that he was trying to use but the cashier did not know how to use it, so she left the register to ask the manager. On the third time that she left the register, (for the same issue), we just decided to leave. As we were getting back into our car, we noticed an employee leaning against the building talking on a cell phone. This experience probably explains the low ratings, (on other review sites). This restaurant is literally surrounded by hotels, so it should definitely be staffed with fast, efficient employees who clearly understand the need to put the customer first. Until they are fully able to understand and embrace this concept, they will continue to have low ratings. read more

I was pleasantly surprised. I was worried because of all the bad reviews but I was hungry and desperate after a day of travel. Went through the drive thru. They were speedy, friendly and most shocking they were accurate with my order. I always get hamburgers (no cheese, no onions) and 82% of the time my order at drive thru eateries has one of these even though I say "no cheese and no onions please". When I got to my hotel I was so happy my burger didn't have either. The fries were amazing, no ketchup needed. read more

Seriously only giving one star because you have to for your review to be accepted. I will not spend my hard earned money here again. This location is truly unorganized and the everything seems to be more important to the crew members and Manager other than the customers. I'm disappointed because Hardee's is known for their breakfast and home made biscuits. Twice this week I've received hard biscuits as if they were made the night before. The territory manager should really get involved in this location because this location attracts customers traveling north and south on I-65. I've also noticed with all the customer complaints a manager or owner hasn't replied. read more

Came here after not being acknowledged at Burger King next door. This was definitely the better choice. The burgers were good. Fries could have been cooked a little longer for my taste. Really appreciated one of the workers walking around checking with all the customers to see if there were any issues. read more

Waited 10 mins in drive thru line. Decided to come inside. 8 employees on staff at the moment. Appears 3.5 working. Literally no one in here to serve and employees just chilling all looking like they don't want to be here. Now been inside for 15 mins. Me and my boyfriend have been staying near by due to travels for work, and unfortunately this is the closest restaurant we've given this place several chances but I have to say it's been the worst service I've ever received from any fast food chain. They've served me undercooked food twice and today they forgot our drinks in the drive thru and when we went back inside they were rude. They always look like they don't want to be there. read more

All I have to say about this Hardee's is the customers service is at its lowest. I wished I had the cashier's name because she was the rudest person I have ever had the privilege of meeting in a fast food chain. I hate to describe people by their appearance but she is what I would consider a hood rat. I don't have anything against tattoo's but it's not very appealing to have someone with tattoo's all over their neck to run a cash register. Like I said appearance isn't the only issue I had with this Hardee's there were only three customers in line including myself and the cashier actually got made at the lady in front of me for changing her order because she ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and wasn't told that she could get 2 for $2.50. The lady behind her in line told her about the promotion so she changed her order. Anyone with any sense would have done the same. When the cashier was asked to change her order she got mad. She had to get the manager to change the order. When the manager should up on his cell phone. The cashier walked off and made everyone wait. The whole place needs to be audited and consider hiring someone to clean this place up. read more

Just went through the drive through here and the service was horrible. There was no hey how are you or even a thank you come again. Had to end up going back in because of order was wrong. So I did and I let the manager know and the young know how rude it was for her to be on her cell phone around customers the manager stated she did nothing wrong I was being rude. After telling her I wanted my order fixed she took the same biscuit that was wrong to the cook and told her to put egg and cheese on it.. when I asked why I couldn't get a fresh biscuit (considering the biscuit has been touched by 4 different people without not even 1 has washed there hands) the cook stated how was I gonna tell her how to cook her food. I asked for my money back. The store manager or acting store manager NEVER once said I'm sorry or nothing.. her bottle neck employees are running that store doing what they want to. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TOO!! read more
