Placed a mobile app order for table service. Waited over 19 minutes before inquiring. Finally, brought out order. No cutlery, no butter for hotcakes, no syrup, no sweet tea available. While standing at counter two drive thru customers came in about missing items from their orders. This location actually deserves the 1.5 stars I found when I opened the app to make this review. Unequivocally, the dirtiest (chain) restaurant I've ever been in. While the employees are friendly and courteous. somebody needs to assign clean up duty to somebody. Floors littered, trash cans overflowing (or at least stuffed to the brim.) And the yuckiest of all, the men's bathroom had a large water pool under the sink (warning sign posted on floor...and the remainder of the floor was completely littered with french fries. (Who would take fries into the bathroom???) The Health score said 92 in big red letters. I think the inspector might have been dyslexic, because my rating was 29. read more

Ice cream machine was broken but we bought a drink after we could not get any carbonation out of either machine I asked if they could fill it in the back, they told me all the machines were broken. I think I got food poisoning or e. Coli from a hamburger there last week. (Been sick for 5 days straight!) It tasted funny and was probably undercooked. Since new management there has been a significant positive change. One individuals attitude effected not only customers within the store, but the other employees as well. This young man was rude and loud. I walked in for a drink while waiting to order I observed him stating that if someone didn't take the ice cream from him he was throwing it on the floor. The second thing he stated when another employee told him he didn't complete someone's order and they had to come back into the store and wait again, was "So I don't care"!! Saw low reviews and was a little worried. No need; drive thru speed was fine, breakfast food was fine. Service was fine.

I hate to even give this a star at all. It was so nasty. They were busy, but not too bad. We paid, got our food, she clarified it was everything. Checked our bags, we're missing an entire meal, and of course no sauce even though we paid extra for it. We got the ONE missing meal replaced, and there was about 5 people in the lobby waiting on messed up orders. Now my food is ice cold, my child doesn't want to eat it now and i'm short $25. I live near this McDonald's so visiting is very convenient. So I have continued to go there in the name of convenience for a couple of years now despite ongoing problems. Issues there have grown increasingly worse; little or no improvements. I can no longer overlook their problems after this morning's breakfast. The frappe was the consistency of a melted milk shape; not iced coffee. The egg in the Egg McMuffin was undercooked and egg yolk exploded when I bit into it. Egg Yolk got all over my clothes.
