First off, I love Hardee's so this isn't a critique of the chain as a whole but a reflection of this specific location. I just spent $13 for a large chicken sandwich combo. The chicken didn't even cover the bun, no lettuce or tomato present. It was the weakest chicken sandwich I've ever consumed. Next, out of an entire LARGE fry maybe 4 total fries were hot, the rest were lukewarm or cold. Avoid this location like the plague! read more

The new manager is awesome she really made some good changes around the restaurant and with the team, and most of all the quality of the food! I went through the drive thru today and despite all of her employees being a no-call, no-show she got us through quickly and the food was still hot and fresh with breakfast ending in 20 mins I was impressed. read more

My boyfriend went here to get food and he said everything tasted amazing. The only reason it's getting a 4/5 was just because of how long it took. Normally they're pretty fast at this place but it seemed a little slower today even though there weren't that many people. Also accidentally gave them an extra penny and instead of giving it back to me the woman just shrugged her shoulders and put it in her drawer. Granted it's just a penny but they add up. I decided to try their new honey biscuit with chicken and the mini Fruit Loop donuts. The biscuit pairs perfectly with the fried chicken. The honey was subtle and added just the perfect amount of sweetness. It was an item that I hope gets to stay permanently. The Fruit loop donuts come in a 5pc. set. They are soft and lightly glazed and taste like giant, fluffy Fruit Loops cereal. I'm so impressed and can't wait to make this a regular breakfast stop. read more

The people who are working behind the counter are great. Their customer service is amazing and should be rewarded. They work their butts off and make some amazing food. The manager Chelsea is great. Aluminum Foiled tho?!? Smh I go and get the two loaded potato round bowls and I'm immediately shocked! My bowls are wrapped in aluminum foil, ok not that bad! Then I get home to feed the kids and remove the aluminum foil and all the cheese and gravy stuck to the foil! Just moved into the area and have been here twice now. And have not had good experience. I use drive though and every time they have messed up my orders and have had me pull up from the window to stop there drive through time. If you call, the phone just rings endlessly. I literally had to wait 12 mins in a parking space because they had to cook the chicken nuggets for my sons meal. Got home, opened the bag and they didn't even include his meal. But i got charged for it. The fries were cold and the curly fries were stale. Would not recommend and were not going back. read more

SLOW...if your in the lobby. Drive thru is much faster. Nice place for cold hamburgers, and soggy fries. I guess they figure if your in the lobby you have all the time in the world. Where do I begin. Got cracked tacos that were cold. Tried to call no answer. Go back the next day only to be treated like a criminal because I threw my food away instead of stinking up my house or fridge. Manager which was a young skinny woman was beyond rude. An obviously is just there for a paycheck because if she cared about the image of the company she wouldn't treat customers like she did me. I suggest Arbys or McDonald's. It's a Hardee's, so you obviously get fast food here. I'm giving four stars for the employees and service. This Hardee's has some of the best employees I've seen. The morning crew is fast and accurate. I've never waited too long. Drive thru is spot-on. I'm always impressed with the hard work displayed by the employees at this fast food location. read more
